When Lia and Ling got back to the Frange Village. First thing first, Ling checked if there was anyone noticed that they left their village for an hour. Luckily, it seemed no one entered this during that time.

After that, Ling informed Lia if there was any chance Mayor Ralph would try to talk. It would be better if she replied, knowing it could be the reason for the Mayor to force himself to see her outward appearance which could ruin their plan. But what he will do if that scenario happened? At that point, he can't do anything aside from protecting Lia at all costs. First of all, he promised Lia's parents that she won't get hurt no matter what as long as she was by his side.

Lia nodded her head, understanding the instruction given by this human. However, of course, it was still natural for her to bit tense since with just a simple mistake, she would ruin everything.
