39 Natives and Visitors (2)

"So, if your hypothesis is true, Ilya will have more benefit from joining us than doing the usual route?

"Yep. [System] invited you guys to the Greylhad should be for the same purpose."

"Hm..."

Lea has told the reason and the benefit her sister could get from joining Ar's party.

She said that the benefit wouldn't affect her in the early run, but it shouldn't affect her wrongly later either.

The current top rankers, which of course all were natives had stuck for a bit of time now. They couldn't increase their adventurer level and stuck at Lv 90.

And like the [System] had the answer for that, Greylhad opened itself to the other world, inviting the players also known as visitors to join their route.

On top of that, the current players were advancing quicker than the natives were. The usual natives needed a few weeks to reach Lv 10 while the visitors around Lea now had finished their trial in just a few days after the grand opening.

"There may have some adjustment regarding the level and such stuff. I am pretty sure that the visitors are the central part of the current world."

The batch spent quite a time on the discussions before heading towards the hunting ground. Well, in the discussions, only three people actively joined the conversation. Vi was just listening quietly, while Av just sitting there, didn't know if he also listening or not.

When they departed to the hunting ground, it seemed like Vi was released from a shackle. He started to become more energetic.

"Were you bored?" Ar asked, as in his eyes, he could tell the obvious fact from his brother.

"Hmm... I could say so. Some of the parts were mentioned in the 'intro'. It's interesting though, that the merchant can use some requirements needed for their store. The fact that we can enter the store means we are some chosen one or the like." Vi answered with a grin.

"Yeah, it's cool that the civilian can pass the requirement. I don't know you are that strong." Ilya chimed in while showing out her curiosity to Av.

"Ah ah, is that so?" Av replied clumsily. It was understandable since that was what always happened to him when he met new people so far. Or maybe there were other reasons? who knows.

"Hm... it's true, that was some nice coincidence over there." Ar replied what was said by Vi earlier.

"Hehehe, here we are used to said that all the things that happened to us were decided or guided by the rule called [Path]. So, no such things as coincidence." Ilya chimed in again. She was grinning widely, showing off her canine teeth.

"Hm... I see." Ar couldn't reply back completely. After all, this was what the game background covered. Or, if he put it with more common sense, this was what we call culture. The one should be respected by new people in a new place, or in this case, a new world.

They were all able to enter the Kiar Armory Store freely because they were already fulfilled the hidden requirement needed to enter the place.

[Successfully obtained Miscellaneous item as a reward from [System]]

That was the requirement set up by Lea as the owner of the Kiar Armory Store. The other people who weren't able to fulfill the condition will be blocked by a notification from [System].

"Were those things important?" Av became the one that opposed the flow.

"What do you mean?" Ar was confused. The others were too. They were on the way to the hunting ground with good vibes but it seemed that someone tried to ruin it.

"We are the earliest players that finish the trial and we spent the time talking instead of hunting. Were those things important?"

Av spoke it clearly to the Ar's face. There was a serious expression drawn on his face.

Hearing the quarrel, Ilya was left confused and tilting her head. While Vi was giggling, it seemed like he was the only one unfazed with the situation.

Scratching his head, Ar was annoyed once again. He took a glance and met his eyes with Vi who seemed excited about the situation.

With a shrug and a giggle, it helped him to calm his mind for some reason. It looked like he lost a battle with his brother without him knowing.

With a sigh, he ready to answer with a calmer mind now.

"I am sorry. That was egoistic. And I admit that it was my fault to include you in it. I won't force you to join next time."

"No no, that's not what I mean." Av was surprised and replied hastily. It looked like the answer was what he least expected.

Interrupting the situation was Ilya now. She stood in front of the two humans. She stared at both of them with a tilted head.

"What's wrong Ilya?" Ar asked her.

"Did you guys choose the wrong path? It's like both of you have a switched mindset."

"Hm?" Ar expressed his confusion while exchanged a glance with Av beside him.

"Ar with an adventurer path, enjoying the interaction with the world and casually blend in. Av with a civilian path loved the hunting ground more than him seems pretty weird for me." Ilya said that while pointing to each one of them.

"Ooh, that's sharp. But don't worry, my brother here hasn't changed the slightest. It's just that he got a little unexpected twist along the way." Vi was the one who responded.

"Ah true, I won't blame my current path, but that's accurate, that at first, I decided to become a civilian." Ar explained the situation he was in. He ended the sentence with a sigh. He couldn't deny the fact that in his situation, the [Path] really did it for him. He was not in the situation to chose.

"How about you, Ilya?" Vi noticed an uneasiness in Avia's side and tried to change the subject. Avia seemed more gloomy than before.

"As a native, the ritual and anything related to choosing a path was decided at the age of 16. Umm, and based on the calculation from the elders, this path was the best suited for me."

"Really? Is that the same with your sisters?"

"Yep, of course. Though, I am a bit special actually. You know, if my sister Lea was not a 'dark-haired elf', I'm pretty sure that she will become a high ranked adventurer."

"Dark-haired elf?"

"Are you interested?"

"Of course." Vi and Ilya who have continued their walk were having a nice conversation while the two behind him were just following along.

Ar was listening to the conversation seriously from behind. He was really interested in the topic, ignoring the guy beside him who was the only one looking awkward among them.

"You are really interested in that stuff, huh?" Av asked.

"Me? Of course. Most of the community loved the main content, the adventure, hunting, battle, new area to explore, which all of it were not wrong at all. But at least, I want to let them know that there is someone out there that appreciates the details WoS put into the background story of the game."

"Okay... So... Are you one of the members of that community? The one that loved to talk about anti-spoiler or such?"

"Oh, you know them?"

"Well, I've heard about them. They are the ones interested in the game's story the most, right?"

"Hmm.. that's quite accurate. Although, on the opposite, I might be their enemy. Hmm no, it's a certainty that I am their enemy. They were quite often to have a pick on me."

"Oh really? What were you doing to have yourself in such a mess? Not many people who dare to lay a hand on 'that bunch'."

"Umm no, I'm not doing anything. Oh wait, that's naive of me to say that I'm not doing anything. What I did was basically the 'anti' of what they did."

"Well, I think I got a good grasp of it. So, there's a possibility that the party who wiped us was one of 'that bunch', right?"

"Oh, you thought so?"

The opinion from Av gave him a new perspective. There was a chance that what Avia said was true. After all, the one that heard the conversation of the opposing party was only Ar and Vi.

Vi assumed that they were his brother's fans since they mentioned 'Insignifikant' within the conversation.

"Hey, ready?" Ilya near the teleporter waved to them. They've arrived at the destination and she confirmed the party.

"Yup, let's grind for some lizards." Ar answered

Earlier they've shared the information regarding their Miscellaneous item and Lea recommended Vi to fill his 'Zekial Prism' with the elemental creature.

And so, here they were, setting up the destination to a familiar hunting ground area for Ar and Vi.

"Oh, are we fighting lizards?" Vi asked.

"Yeah, a bigger lizard. That place has colorful lizards."
