Oneliner: "Where all is lost and found?"

Genre: Fantasy

(A/N another little sneak peek in one of the later chapters of Emperor of Wolfs)

"Ancient Mana does not function the way your Natural Mana does," Heltana explains. Ragaz was more confused then he showed. "But... how 'does' it work?" Heltana chuckled, and her reflection vanished from his point of view. She reappeared behind Ragaz, gently put her hands on his shoulders.

"This, my dear Ragaz..." she leaned forwards and whispered into Ragaz's ear, "...is your sole duty as an heir to the demon lord." She chuckled again and gently blew air in his ear. Ragaz stepped back and spun around. "How do I find out?" Heltana's expression turned sour "...It seems like my time has run out! Ragaz always remember: You'll find your answers where is lost and found!"

With these words, the world faded out, and Heltana started to fade. "Wait... don't go! I still have so many questions." Ragaz started to panic, yet, was unable to move an inch. Heltana hugged Ragaz one more time, stepped back, and mouthed 'I'll always watch over you.'

Finally, he awoke, looking around the darkness of the night. His companions were still sound sleeping. "Cursed fools. Who was supposed to stand guard" He carefully got up, and walked around the clearing in the forest to search for firewood. "And the fire is out too. Why did I decide to escort these people." Ragaz snarled a bit before calming down and reigniting the campfire.

"I even offered them my tents." He looked to the tents, two feet away from the fire. He then lowered his gaze towards the campfire, and wallowed in thought: "What does that mean? I'll find my answers where is lost and found. I don't understand where is that supposed to be?"
