As an Uchiha, Ryu has a strong and natural affinity towards Fire Release. And according to the leaf test, he also has stronger affinity towards lightning. As for chakra training, although he started to familiarize himself with his massive amount of chakra while returning to the village, he did not learn how to properly control it. The only thing he has to train now is the Chakra Control, Nature Transformation and Shape Transformation.

He got stronger so suddenly that he had to retrain in order to familiarize himself with his current powers. It is also the reason why he did not use ninjutsu when he killed the anbu of Danzo as he was sure that he could not precisely control it and the unthinkable might happen.

"Ryu! You finally came. It is good that you survived! I thought you were done for!" the boy in a ponytail said happily. He had a scar that ran across the bridge of his nose. His head forehead protector was in his forehead.

The other boy stayed quiet but he had a pleasant smile on his face. He wore his protector as a bandanna on his forehead.

"Iruka, Hayate, you came." said Ryu in a deadpan manner. He liked his two teammates, they were kind and considerate. Especially the younger one, Iruka. Although he had a weak talent, he still forced his way just to be able to participate in the war.

Hayate was also nice, he desired peace throughout the land. He was also seen as one of the stronger ones in the academy. He really had a strong talent with the sword.

"Mm.. we just learned that you came back a while ago. It really is good that you are alive." Iruka said with a sad tone, it seemed that he remember their dead teacher, Akemi Saito. Although he was not well known, their teacher was strong. He had very high skills in the way of the sword that is why Hayate was made under him. And although the plan was for their teacher to groom Hayate, Ryu and Iruka was still treated very good.

When he transformed, his fingers was suddenly covered with scales and it looked like a claw of some sort of beast. His body that could compare to metal in toughness was strengthened even more. Regular attacks would not leave a scar. It could be said to be another power hidden in his arsenal.

It wasn't just his body that was strengthened, he felt that his sharingan was 10% more powerful than before. Even the original chakra consumption was lessened by 10%. Another power hidden in his arsenal.

As for his Dragon Bloodline, except the first time he absorbed natural energy, there was no more movement from it. According to Tian Lou, everyone who inherited the Celestial Dragon Emperor Bloodline had a different requirement to awaken just a partial part of it. And the only one who could completely awaken the bloodline was the first, fourth and the sixth successors. Tian Lou himself awakened 80% percent of the bloodline, even then, he could reach a very high realm with it.

Well, he thought of every method to deal with this matter, assassination naturally popped out of his mind but he rejected it immediately.

He did not know any information about the kid, the only he got was the boy mastered the sharingan, had great physical attributes and he was very smart. He had dark hair tied up into a spiky ponytail, dark eyes as well as a goatee. His ears were also pierced. The man also wore a meshed shirt underneath his flak jacket, a deer skin coat over that and hand guards.

"From the information that we got, I am sure that he hates being manipulated or the feeling of being watched. The only thing I could suggest is for you to leave him be and not bother with him. Although the same thing could not be said to 'you-know-who', it is still the best solution I could think of. I am not perfectly sure if Fugaku told him about 'you-know-who' but there is a high chance since he killed 'his' spy, not yours." The man said.

"Then what about his team, I would need to assign a jonin mentor for them." the Hokge asked again.

"Just say that he qualified to be a chunin while the other two did not. I am sure that you could create a better excuse than me to do that, Hokage-sama. A chunin will have a better access and freedom." answered the man.

"Sigh... I have not thought of this yet. I guess we could only give it a shot. Thank you, Shikaku." Sarutobi said to the man, who is apparently called Shikaku.

"Then I will take my leave." Shikaku said respectfully before walking out the room.
