12 Past Theories.

Just as Noah was about to fall into sleep, he heard a loud gunshot. His eyes shot open. Getting out of Shizuka's embrace, he rushed towards the terrace.

There he saw that it was Kohta, who opened fire.

Noah looked in the direction where Kohta fired and saw a little child, crying beside the body of a middle-aged man.

Noah thought that it might be someone related or even her father.

"You guys are really hot-blooded, huh. Opening fire, knowing the fact that it would attract the zombie's attention towards us." Noah said as he observed the little girl as she was about to get bite by another zombie.

Kohta answered him by firing another bullet.

"But we cannot let an innocent child die in front of us!" Takashi said.

"Calm down~ will ya'. No need to be so emotional. I would have heard you even if you said it normally." Noah said as he pushed Takashi back, who was almost kissing him with their skin, with how close he was to him.

"Sorry. I lose my control there." Takashi said, calming down.

Soon, Saeko, Rei, and Tanya reached the terrace.

"What is going on?!" Tanya asked.

After getting notified of the situation, she clicked her tongue. 'There goes my peaceful night.'

"So, what are we doing?" She asked.

Though she did not like it, she also did not want to see a little girl die in front of her. She waited and wanted to see what decision would Noah make.

Noah made a thinking face.

Suddenly, he hits his palm with a fist, "I got an idea! You people wanted to learn magic, right?" seeing them nodded, except Kohta, who was getting frustrated with every second as he shot one bullet after another.

'Do they think they are on a picnic or something?!'

"Well then, why not me and Tanya show you guys how magic works during fights? It will help you guys in developing your magic." Noah finished stating his idea.

Saeko, hearing it, nodded, "I agree. By watching them, we can have a general outline as to how magic works."

Others also agreed with it.

"It is decided then," Noah said. He looked towards Tanya and said, "Tanya-chan will be sniper as she doesn't like close combat. I will be fighting head-on. Remember, only magic."

Finished speaking, Noah blurred and vanished.

Saeko and others, seeing it, were astonished as to how he could move so fast that it was impossible to catch with human eyes.

Tanya, who, throughout the whole conservation wanted to deny participation in the fight as it would be useless with how strong both of them were – enough to take all these zombies alone – did not know how to feel.

She finally realized how much she wanted to kill Noah.

Noah, who was moving at high speed, saw that a zombie was about to attack the girl, started using magic.

'Let's try it. I wanted to try it in my previous world, but because of a lack of energy, I could not. This is a perfect opportunity.'

He opened his arms as magic circles, in silver, forms on his hands.

Magic circle in his hands started to rotate furiously. He felt his mana being drained at a tremendous rate.

A moment later, two silver Desert Eagles form in his hands.

Gripping them tightly, he sighs. 'Damn! That took more than half of my mana! ...but at least it succeeded.'

Noah was really excited right now. He could interfere with the Concept of Creation! Something only a True God or higher being could do.

He found this mantra of Creation in an old tomb in his previous world. It was sealed in the sword that he used till his death.

When he got this mantra – with his higher comprehension, he easily mastered it. But mastering and experimenting on it were two different things.

Since he did not have any form of energy, he put it back of his mind – just another addition in his mental library.

But now he had the chance to use and try all the theories he made previously. Remember, his mind contained knowledge of every single magic and theories from his 'world'. The theories that he had created in his mind with all that knowledge were uncountable.

Noah appeared, above the zombie with the nozzle of the gun pointed at its head as the girl was about to be bitten. Him being upside down, just above the zombie, in the air.

A smirks forms on his face as he said, <Bang!>

With the finish of his world, a loud sound of a gunshot was heard. The head of the zombie was blown off as his 'lifeless' body falls on the ground.

The girl that was scared got startled by the gunshot right beside her. She looked up and saw the body of a zombie falling towards the ground with Noah still in the air.

She could not believe that someone of her age could kill a zombie with such ease when her father, who was bigger and stronger than both of them, could only run from them.

Noah landed on the ground with his back towards the girl and looked at the zombie as his crimson eyes shone in the night, making the surrounding air heavy.

A grin forms on his face as he said, "Now won't you guys keep me entertaining?"
