2 Getting Rich

After about another 30 minutes of information it was finally time to sell the monster parts that Zino didn't need.

"Thanks for the info Ben. Can I ask you how much does a house cost in this city."

"That will Cost about 1 gold coin for a nice house. The cheapest is probably about 50 silver."

[Let's see which monster parts should I sell to make a few gold coins. Let's see a few Deviljho scales should make about 75-100 silver a piece. Yeah let's do that and bullshit how I got them.]

Zino takes out 5 Deviljho scales from his divisional storage.

"I would like to trade these in."

"Sure just let me get a inspector to look at these."

"OK."

Ben takes the scales and goes towards the back through some door and vanishes out of sight.

[I'm surprised nobody asked about the armor I'm wearing now that I look around it just looks like some random old leather armor that a beginner adventurer would wear. Funny things is that this armor that I'm wearing is made up of the B rank monster Nargacuga.]

After about 5 mins. Ben walks out from the back with a shocked look on his face and is stammering while trying to talk.

"Wh..wh..where did you...you.you get these parts from."

"Whoh man take a deep breathe and calm down and everybody has to keep some secrets so please don't ask where I got the parts from."

Huuuh.. Hahh

After taking some deep breathes Ben had finally calmed down enough to properly form his words.

" I see so it's a secret. So what am I going to tell the guild master when he sees these."

" I don't know make something up, I can care less what you have to do so how much will these parts be worth."

" I don't even know you that well and you're already causing problems for me to fix. The price that you will receive for these A-rank monster parts is 80 silver for each piece. so 5 time 80 is 400 silver. Are you sure you want to trade these monster parts."

" Yeah I'm sure that I want to sell them."

" Alright wait right here and I will bring you back the amount of money."

Ben went back to the back of the guild to grab the right amount of money that was needed.

Ben came back to the counter after some time with a bag in his hand.

" Here is the required amount and since you look like you are about to go by somethings i took it into my hands and broke the 1 gold into 100 silver so here you go."

"Thank you." Zino received the money and put it into his dimensional storage.

"See you again Mr. Cuga and if you ever come by again come look for me."

" Alright Ben see you when I come by another time to trade some more. Can you tell me where to go to by a house."

" You exit the guild take a right and go about a block down and the building should be on your right you will see a house shaped print in the window."

Zino walks out the guild and looks at the sun to guess the time. As he walks out he pays the guard the 5 copper that he owes with one silver.

"Alright your 95 copper in change I will be on my way now."

[Guess the time is the same in this world too. Time to go purchase a house to raise some kids in and no I'm not a pedophile so don't ask I'm not that desperate. Its just that look on a kids face when they smile because they are happy and your the cause it just makes you want to only see that smile. lets see how much money I have left about 3.6 gold so I can only spend about 2.5 gold on a house.]

Zino walks down the street and sees the big house print on it and walk through the front doors.

"How can I help you today."

" i would like to see the houses that I can purchase and move into immediately that are for sale."

"Can you tell me how much are you able to spend."

"I can spend about 2.5 gold on a house."

"Alright let me see which houses you can purchase."

The clerk flips through the book and starts to talk to Zino to figure out which house he would like to buy. After about 1 hour of talking and haggling Zino had finally found the house he wants to stay in for a while. Its about 30 min walk from the guild and they go to the house.

they arrive outside of the house and Zino inspects the house. The house is wooden takes up about 120 square meters and is a two story house.

[Turn out that 2.5 gold can get you a nice house.] The house looks like a middle age European house. Zino and the clerk go inside and checks out the inside of the house. [Turns out the noble was caught selling contraband and was put in prison and the house needed to be sold quickly to make some money to pay for his bail.]

The inside is not dirty just really empty needs some new furnishing, there is a kitchen, a living room, 4 rooms and 1 washroom for every body to use.

"Alright I'll take this house so lets get back and finish the exchange so that I can go buy this house."

Zino and the clerk left after looking the doors and headed back towards the building.
