A white sticky substance hit Dave's eyes and his outstretched hand.
Without meaning to, Dave screamed. He used his other hand to remove the sticky substance that covered his eyes.
"He is Mommy's friend so don't hurt him." Amaya reprimanded the half-human.
"I am sorry Mommy. I thought he was going to hurt Brother." The timid voice of the young girl sounded just like an ordinary child.
"No. He is going to check your brother and cure him." Princess Amaya explained to the little spider girl.
"Do you think, we should administer antibiotics to him?" Amaya asked.
"I don't think it is a good idea. It might harm him. I don't know if he is more human or more spider." Dave replied, his face was pale from fright. He still was not reconciled with the reality that he was facing.
