8 My Wolf

Random fact...

A wolf pack is all one family. The Alpha male and female (or mating pair) and their children... so I guess it's a good thing their is only one mating pair.

"Hello Mate." My wolf says.

"Hi little wolf." Alic smiles at me.

"My mark looks good on you... but human isn't ready... I'm sorry." She tells him.

"She needs you." Alic says.

"She needs to be human first." My wolf argues.

"Please... I want my mate all of her. Not the fragmented woman you've made her. You are a part of Bella and she's a part of you... she needs you little wolf." He tells her.

"I'm sorry mate... I've been hidden so long... I'm afraid." She whimpers. "I don't know how to do this... Bella is strong. She can take care of herself."

"Ahhh... little wolf." He sighs holding her close. "Bella is strong... so are you. You are one. You know that. Please she needs you." I feel tears down my face.

"I know... but I'm so used to being hidden. Being present is... difficult." She tells him.

"Just try... you are amazing. You left to protect Bella. You need to return to make her whole." He places a hand on my face.

"Yes Alpha." I feel myself smile and lean in to kiss him. He stops the advance with a finger to my lips.

"Not yet little wolf. I told you I want my whole mate. As tempting as you are you need time with Bella before we can do that." Alic says. I feel myself sigh and I am brought back to the forefront of my mind.

"What was that, Alic?" I ask.

"Your wolf... try to talk to her now." He tells me. I nod and he sits back waiting for me.

"Wolf?" I think.

"I'm here." She replies instantly.

"Are you going to leave again?" I ask.

"No, mate asked me not to." She says.

"So the mate thing is real?" I ask.

"Very much so... and we've claimed him. The blood sharing completes the bond... not how I wanted to compete it but it works." She sighs.

"How did you want to?" She seems disappointed at our method of completing the bond.

"Later human... for now can we go for a run?... I've yet to control my own form... its peculiar that the first time I take control I'm human... I don't like it." She grumbles.

"Sure... it's nice to have you with me... it's like I was alone and didn't realize it until I heard you and then you left again..." I trail off. I really missed her after our first talk.

"I'm here for good... can mate come?" She asks suddenly excited.

"I'll ask." I tell her.

"Hay Alic." I say and he sits up straight to look at me. "My wolf wants to go for a run and she wants you to come."

"I'd love to." He smiles as he stands up. "Did you two have a good talk?" He asks as we exit the building.

"Yea... I get the mate thing now... you smell like a rainstorm and fresh cut grass... I love it... I feel it all now... she said we are fully mated already." I tell him.

"We are." He confirms. "The marking and the blood sharing completes the bond."

"But she said she wanted to compete it another way... what is that?" I ask.

"Well... to actually Consumate the bond... that's how most all couples do it now... I only know the blood sharing effect because of my research." He explains.

"Consummate?" I ask and he sighs.

"She wants to mate with me... to sleep with me... to... gosh Bella isn't this awkward for you?" I can see his face get red then it clicks.

"Pup making?" I ask.

"Seriously?... I mean yea that's how you make pups but their's more to it than that... Their are emotions and love and devotion... it's more than a physical act." He says.

"Wolves do it, bears do it, bunnies do it as loooot... I figured two leggers do it too it's no big deal." I say shrugging.

"For animals maybe. You're not an animal Bella. When we mate it will be perfect and you will see how much more than an act it is... let's shift." He walks away from me and soon I hear him begin to shift. I follow suit and am soon face to face with his massive brown wolf.

I allow my wolf control. I can feel the bond with my wolf solidifying as we run. She won't leave me again. She loves playing with Alic. She keeps tackling him but he always ends up pinning her. She keeps licking his face and ears when ever she can and he returns the gesture. It's well into the night before he leads us home and I take back control.

I shift and dress to find him waiting for me at the edge of the woods. His shirt that was once so formal is untucked with only one button done and his pants are covered with dirt. Twigs in his hair and a smile on his face he looks perfect.

"That was Amazing little wolf."he grins down at me and I growl

"I told you I'm not little!" I protest.

"Your wolf didn't seem to mind." He laughs.

"Than call her that! My name is Bella." I tell him.

"Of course my queen. What ever you want... but right now you and your little wolf need to go to bed... I'll see you in the morning Bella." He smiles giving me a hug.

"Goodnight Alic." I say as he walks away.

"Goid night little wolf." He grins and runs off. I roll my eyes and head to my room.

I now have a pack and a mate... WOW!
