The Materia

Once I got to the Great Hall, everyone begun to stare me. Not that weird after what happened but is always awesome see how quickly the news fly here. I got to the Gryffindor table with Juny and we both sat down together. I wanted to talk with her about our worlds but that would have to wait because all of my friends were kind of worried...

Hermione- Are you okay!? has something happened down there?

Ron- where's Ginny??

Harry- and what happened with the basilisk?

Rainy- wait, wait, one question at a time, and before that let me tell the story!... okay, so when I went to my training room----- and I saw two ninjas------ then the basilisk appeared-------and when I stabbed the diary, Tom died. So that's what happened.

Harry- then Dumbledore roasted the basilisk? That's awesome.

Ron- and Ginny? You saved her right?

Rainy- yeah, she's on the hospital wing.

Hermione- hmm... and would you tell me why she's here?

Rainy- don't worry about that! She's a good person! She left the bad guys only to fight the basilisk with me. And she didn't knew that they were going to kill Ginny. Anyway Hermione, you might want to be more respectful with her, because she's a new professor on the school!

Hermione- what!? Why? How?

Juny- ahem... I'm the great ninja Juny, and I'll work here provisionally on the new position of Defense Against Other Worlds Arts.

Ron- wait... another class?? why!? we had a lot already!

Rainy- don't worry about that... it's only for 3rd years forward and is one of the classes you can say if you want it or not like Divination or Muggle Studies.

Juny- yeah, but I don't know anything about this world apart of what I needed to know for the mission. So I'll be studying about that what's left of the school year, and on the next year I'll begin the classes. Or so has said Dumbledore...

Harry- well, I look forward to learn more about other worlds. But there's something you haven't told us Rainy.

Rainy- about what?

Harry- about the organization professor Juny was part of.

Rainy- oh! (damn, I don't want to involve them) Well.... I'll talk about that later... they are my enemies right now.

Hermione- .....

After a while the lunch ended and I went with Juny to the lake to talk with her a little.

Rainy- so, what can you tell me about the Daijuroku?

Juny- well, not much... I entered the last month, and I was a first half rank just like Juichy. We were the eleven and twelve on power on the Daijuroku, I'm the twelve. And I've heard that the guy you killed, Daikun, was a problem because they couldn't find a substitute for him. So the organization will have 13 members for some time now. They will find a substitute for Daikun and me after some time, but the 16th position... that's a major problem for The Last Half.

Rainy- why? Why is he obsessed with my special copy skill?

Juny- because when you enter the Daijuroku, you reunite with The Fourth Half, and you give a part of your power to The Fourth Half so that he gives it to The Last Half. And in there goes power from your own world. So it's safe to assume that right now, The Last Half has all the power he can get from our 15 worlds. So only you can give him even more power. With your skill. He can begin to go to other worlds and become invincible.

Rainy- I see...well, I'll just have to be faster than him on my gain of power. And speaking of which. How do you get your power? Odin can't sense any GF inside you.

Juny- because all my skill is with training. I've been training to be a ninja since I was a kid, and now I'm nineteen, so I've had a lot of time for that. Beside, I have my beloved Materia.

Rainy- Materia?

Then Juny took from her bag some green, blue and yellow orbs that looked like condensed energy or something like that.

Rainy- wow... pretty.

Juny- yeah, you can use them if you equip them on your weapon, see? In my Giant Shuriken I have 4 slots for Materia. But the problem is that this type of weapon is only sold on my world. And the same for armor with Materia slots. So until you get some of those, I can't teach you to use Materia.

Rainy- are the slots special? Or just holes that support Materia?

Juny- just holes... the material they are made of do the rest, because the Materia can be used as long as you are not holding it directly, or the Materia will fuse with you and it's a very painful and dangerous experience. And the good thing is that the Materia only needs a shook made by the mind of the user to trigger so it only fatigues the user's mind. So maybe it can be used apart from other worlds magic.

Rainy- that's nice, but regarding the holes on the weapon... I can use it! Because I conjure my rapier with the form I want.

Juny- really? Wow, that's pretty powerful. But be careful, taking my Giant Shuriken as an example, it has only 4 slots because with the material it is done with, the energy of 5 Materia at the same time would destroy the weapon. So you will have to see what limit your weapon have on terms of slots.

Rainy- don't worry, I like to experiment Professor Juny.

Juny- haha, I really like how that sounds... but I'm not a professor yet!

Rainy- anyway, do you know where I can find Materia for myself?

Juny- I have some spare Materia for you, but if you want more, you'll have to go to my world.

We talked a little more and she gave me some nice Materia. She gave me an All Materia that linked to a Magic can make that magic affect everyone on an area, and gave me the Cure Materia. Then she told me that the Materia can grow up with the user battle after battle and I've discovered by myself that the different magics Materia only give me more magic power, but doesn't teach me anything new. So I have now on the bag an All Materia, a Cure Materia and a Counterattack Materia. Then she went to talk with Dumbledore and I went to rest on the common room, reading something.
