Yawn.. It's a Monday morning. I wiggle my sleeping toes and arms, feeling the soft comforter sheet beneath my silk gown. Holes and threads were sticking out, how was this thing being held together?

Nevertheless, it is being of a hummy sort of day outside. Maybe I'll go visit my neighbor. The neighbor. MY NEIGHBOR. Guess what? The handsomest boy in school lives right next-door to me. As I walk down the hill on the paved, cement road, I see a cat.. Maybe he's lost.. I crouch down to pet the furry creature. Soft. Fuzzy. Or maybe I'll take it home with me.. Then it'll have a comfy place to live and strive.

My toes curl as I set the cat on my bed. A calico.. Hmm.. Since I don't know it's gender yet, I should give it a genderless name. Like... Jesse! Nah.. Maybe Sam. Yeah.... No. How about... Logan? Purr-fect! Poor cat. I wonder where it came from...

Guess I'll never find out.. I sit down next to the cat and start to reach for the remote. Suddenly, Logan the cat plops down on top of the controller and my hand.. Stupid cat. I wiggle my hand, trying to break it free. But the cat stays still. As if it doesn't want me to even do anything. Hmph. Maybe it wants attention? That's what my mother's dog does when he wants attention.. I scratch the cats stomach with my free hand. Even so, the cat stays still. Stubborn. Mean. And ungrateful. Ugh, cats these days.

About an hour later of fighting with the cat, we finally decide to take a walk outside. Ah, fresh air! PLOP! The cat drops down to the gravel. Of course, it wants to sleep. But it isn't closing it's eyes. Instead, it gets up and walks to the middle of the road, and lays down. This cat is going to be the death of me. Beep BEEP! A blue jeep comes speeding down the street. And stops at my cat. I run to grab it and wave to the man in the car. He looks familiar.. OH! It's my neighbor's father!
