3 The big plan

"There is a machine that we need to build to return the aliens back to where they belong." a voice said.

"It's currently dismantled and is heavily guarded in three different locations by the aliens. The foggy forest, an abandoned motel and the jiggly hill." A man in an all black ensemble continued, walking towards the group.

"Why don't the aliens destroy those parts?" asked Qin An.

The man glanced at her and answered slowly, "Those parts once dismantled will release a chemical that will kill surrounding aliens. Let's just be thankful that there is no selfless aliens willing to sacrifice their life for the better good . Also, I'm Chen Xue, former Government agent(GA), nice to meet you. "

Qin An nodded, studying the guy before her. Well built, symmetrical features, tan skin, large dark eyes, so dark they seem to swallow her whole. She swallowed and moved her unwilling eyes away. Meanwhile, Qin Lei was discussing with Chen Xue, Shao En and Gu Bing, listing out supplies and a rough sketch of the plans.

It was decided that there will be three teams, which will set off at the same time, and try to get the parts before the aliens find the base.

"I will lead the team to the jiggly hill, since I have been there multiple times before." Qin Lei volunteered.

"I'll follow Qin Lei!" Gu Bing quickly grabbed the opportunity to be with Qin Lei with the selfish wish to get to know him better. Gu Bing smirked and thought, 'As the saying goes, familiarity breeds fondness, I hope we will not just be acquaintance after this~'

"I... I... I volunteer to be the one that stays behind!" Qin An quipped, wanting to be out of danger.

"No, you know the direction to your family house near the forest. I think you should join the forest team and lead them there to set base." Shao En suggested.

Qin Lei shook his head, "Leader, I don't think this is a good idea... My sister here has no, NO direction sense, she will probably lead the team to death instead."

Qin An looked at her brother with disbelief, 'How could he be so direct about my flaw like this, in front of new friends.... especially handsome Chen Xue. I'll kill him when this whole alien ordeal is over.'

Quickly regaining her composure, she spoke, "I change my mind, I will prove to my brother that I, Su Qin An has a direction sense. And, Chen Xue can help me, right, Chen Xue.." She looked at Chen Xue, hoping that he will not reject her. Faced with the puppy dog eyes from Qin An, Chen Xue couldn't help but nod. The nod earned an inner cheer from Qin An and Qin Lei shrugged in defeat.

That left with Shao En leading the abandoned motel team, and the plans settled nicely and the teams formed quickly.

Soon, day broke and it was time to set off.
