3 I'm back?!

Ugh…

Wang Yu Xia woke up with a horrible pain on the back of her neck.

"Just what the f*ck."

BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP

A deafening noise rang as Wang Yu Xia complained.

At the same time, her head was pounding, and the noise seemed awfully familiar.

Wang Yu Xia's eyes which were previously closed due to the pain now opened abruptly.

"What."

This was her room. No, not the room from her apartment as a 26-year-old. It was the room of her 12-year-old self. In front of her was a light pink room and around her was a small desk and an HP Pavillion laptop as well as a wooden wardrobe and a bedside table with an old Huawei smartphone. She was currently sitting on her bed and next to her was a beautiful gray teddy bear.

Wang Yu Xia's mouth hanged wide open as she glanced at the calendar stuck on the wall.

It read, 'September 2009'.

And yet, like any other calendar she wasn't sure what the exact day was. She was however, sure of one thing. She wasn't in England anymore. And somehow she was back to the year 2009.

Coming to this conclusion, she stood up immediately, ran towards the door and flung it open.

"Fuck!"

Immediately afterwards, a voice swore out loud and a few steps in front of Wang Yu Xia was a middle-aged woman with her hair tied in a bun with a stunned expression.

"Yu Xia! You nearly scared the crap out of me! Don't appear so suddenly next time!"

Wang Yu Xia was stunned.

"Mom!"

Unexpectedly, the person before her was her mother, Wang Qing Shan. Before she knew it, she found herself on her mother's arms hugging her tightly.

"W-what. What's wrong Yu Xia? Did you have a nightmare?" Wang Qing Shan was startled at her silly daughter's behaviour.

"Oh my gosh! Are you crying? Who bullied you!?"

Seeing her daughter crying on her arms worried Wang Qing Shan. In her 12 years of experience as Yu Xia's mother, she knew the child rarely ever cried.

Wang Yu Xia was just happy to be with her mother one more time though, and thus she just replied: "I just had a bad dream."

Both mother and daughter stayed hugging each other for a while in silence before Wang Qing Shan smiled and said, "Let's go and have breakfast or you'll be late for your first day at school."

"Mm."

Wang Yu Xia nodded smilingly before she froze.

School? Oh shit.

"Uh, mom I have to go and change, I'll be down soon!"

And with that, she ran back to her room and closed the door.

(°◇°;) S-school?

She gulped.

For Wang Yu Xia school was okay up until she was 12. After she entered middle school, everything went to hell.

System: That was a touching scene between you and your mummy there.

"Shut up."

Sighing, Wang Yu Xia began to put on her school clothes which were hanging behind her bedroom door. It was a typical knee-length blue skirt with a white blouse and a red tie as well as a sleeveless blue cardigan.

This was Beijing No. 9 Middle School's uniform. Upon thinking this, she took the cellphone from her bedside table and checked the date.

"The 9th huh…"

As she said those words, she frowned. Wang Yu Xia remembered what had happened on her first day as a 7th grader in middle school.

"System. Whatever happens, don't ship me with A.N.Y.O.N.E."

System: "Host, that's impossible. This God here has to automatically ship you with your faithful one as soon as you meet, so if that person is at school then it will happen no matter what."

"...."

System: "Cheer up host!! I'll only ship you to your soulmate! I'm not lying I promise!"

"You mean, that as long as that person is my soulmate you won't ship me with anyone else but that person?"

System: "Yes! Exactly!"

Sigh. "Whatever… I just hope he isn't who I think it is."

System: Σ(▼□▼メ) "Host already knows who it is?"

"I hope I actually don't?"

And with that, she put on her school uniform, tied her hair up in a ponytail and left after checking that everything was alright with her look.

Her body was back to that of a 12-year-old, which meant she had nothing to worry about when it came to her looks. She just… became a child once more -- that's all.

Wang Yu Xia's hair was always kept at shoulder length during her middle school years. As such, she was used to wearing a ponytail back then. It wasn't until she entered university that she began letting her hair loose.

As such, when she was tying up her hair, she felt rather nostalgic wearing her old ponytail school look with thin bangs on the sides.

Her looks as a child were rather above average and she might as well be called cute too. But her cuteness was only due to her slightly long lashes and clear hazel eyes. Were it not for her rude personality, Wang Yu Xia may have actually been rather popular in her middle school years.

Wang Yu Xia then went downstairs and had breakfast with her mom with a grin plastered on her face. She was happy to be eating breakfast with her mother once more after such a long time.

Once her breakfast was done, she got into her mother's car and left to school together with her.

"Oh yeah system, can I see my stats again?" she whispered.

System: "That's your data, sure thing. Host, you can actually just speak to me telepathically."

Oh.

Host: Wang Yu Xia

Age: 12 (26)

Level: 1

Exp: (0/10)

Status: Alive and Healthy

Training: --

Psyche: Piece of Sh*t, Faithless, Deeply Depressed

System: God of Ships

Seeing her stats again she noticed that other than the status and age, the only other thing that had changed was her Psyche. She was now only 'Deeply Depressed'. Seeing the words 'Piece of Sh*t on her psyche made Wang Yu Xia roll her eyes.

As she drove to school, she saw various students just like her that were commuting. Many walked in groups while some walked or drove with their parents. In the car, she kept quiet through the whole journey as her mother talked on her cellphone while making some business deals.

After arriving at school, she bid her mother goodbye and entered the school. Beijing No.9 middle school… she never thought she would be back again.

"Well f*ck."
