31 Raikou's Gift

Raikou and Kaori were signing up for the piano competition when an unexpected trio showed up to register for the contest.

A black hair kid wearing a blue suit and glasses, a bleach blonde hair kid with a spiky hairstyle wearing a black suit, and lastly a straight black hair girl with big eyes wearing a black dress.

Are attracting the attention of every one, Of course. it was natural because the 3 of them dominate the top 3 list for the youth piano competition in Tokyo. they are Arima Kousei, Aiza Takeshi and, Igawa Emi.

Despite not being close with each other they are seen always together, maybe it was because of the strong charisma of Kousei.

"Hey, do you know the tall dude?" Takeshi was asking a question but was ignored by the two, some time pass Takeshi reach his limits and shouted at the two "HEY! Are you listening?"

Kousei and Emi were not surprised at his antics so they covered their ears before he can shout.

"Mmm. We heard but do you think he can win the competition?" Emi then pointed her finger at Kousei and said "Arima Kousei is the only person that can even defeat me, so I don't care."

"Huh? So am not even part of the competition for you huh?!" Takeshi was piss hearing Emi's proud tone but he can only suppress his dissatisfaction because right now Emi's on a whole different level compared to him.

"I don't care I just want to make Mom's happy." Kousei who's been silent the whole time finally spoke.

Raikou and Kaori were silently listening to the sidelines when Kaori had enough of their discussion about ignoring Raikou. She then stormed to give them some lesson to respect her lover.

"ORA! Don't ignore my Raikou!!!"

Hearing and feeling the Demon's wrath the trio turned their face and saw Kaori with a black aura ready for the kill going to them and they all felt scared enough to fall on the floor.

But there was someone that could control the black demon Kaori and so Raikou grab her hands and pulled her to him to hug her.

"Sorry for disturbing your time Kousei-Kun, Takeshi-Kun, and Emi-San. It's okay Kaori, we're not even here to win the competition but just to meet them. right?"

Kousei and Takeshi stand up and wipe their sweat and thought "HAa, We're safe."

"But but they can't say bad things about you." Kaori was still struggling while saying that but she suddenly stops and said "And you have to win for me get it?!"

"Hahahahhaa, I don't have to win, Just seeing your concern for me is enough."

Seeing this interaction Kousei thought 'What are those red and pink hearts floating around them??"

Takeshi "Huh? What kind of stupid couple is this?"

Emi was more adult and refine in taste and thought 'OMG they are so cute>."

But is it okay saying that in front of your first loved??" Raikou the point to Kousei.

After being said to be the violent girl's first love, Trio turned to stone.

Kousei: 'EEeehhH?! First love??? When? Where? Do I even know her??!"

Emi: 'So he was popular huh? That's right with excellent talent and always number one in competition, of course, a lot girl will fall for him.'

Takeshi" Are??? HAH?!!! Why does ARIMA KOUSEI, have a first loved??! What about me?!!'

Raikou then waves his finger to their face to catch their attention and said.

"Huh? they turn to stone? Kaori let's take our sit already." Raikou turns to face Kaori whose faced was filled with black lines than she grabs hold of Raikou's head and thus for the first time, Kaori won against Raikou. "Eehh? Wh-what, ar-are you doing?!! Stop that Kaori!!"

The Competition was just as always Kousei performed like a machine and the other 2 of the trio were just a little behind him and this time it was Raikou's time to perform.

Raikou holds Kaori's hand and looked at her and said "Kaori, This song is for you so listen carefully and trust me. Okay?"

Kaori just trusted her instinct and nod to Raikou "Mmm"

Raikou stood up and walk toward the entrance for the piano performance.

Somewhere in the musical theater Kasper and Chiquita are holding the latest camera recording the upcoming performance of Raikou.

"Is this okay, Kasper?" Chiquita is quite the carrying time when it comes to the Raikou because of Raikou's cute attitude and abilities.

"Chiquita-San, It was Raikou's request so we don't need to worry but according to our information Raikou never performed before. Maybe because of his sister? I guess we just have to ask him about it." Kasper was already scheming of Raikou's genius sister with him knowing.

Raikou's on the way to the stage when suddenly he shivers and his instinct starts to working and all he can pinpoint the danger was from Kasper because Kasper the only one he contacted that is a member of the gray area of the world.

In another place Kazuki was eating fruit and reading a book when suddenly the book fell and she said. "it looks like there are people thinking about using me, again huh."

Really scary gene if you see their reaction at the same time.

Raikou walks to the piano, the people watching the competition started to pay attention to him because of his height and aura.

"Who's that? Is he even under 15? He's Huge." All kinds of whispers spread to the audience.

Raikou ignored it and sat down and took a deep breath and started to play: Orange From 'You're Lie in April' according to his past memories.

Kaori started crying after hearing the unknown song that Raikou sang to her and thought 'So you are leaving me. You jerk! Stupid! Scum! Raikou!' while thinking those mean things her expression was filled with a smile because the song and the feeling conveyed by him was the hopeful yet tragic path the Kaori will experience but Kaori will continue to hang on this hope till the day Raikou come again and save her like he did when they first met.

After finishing the song Raikou quickly runs to escape the theater.

Silence filled the audience when suddenly the crowd got wild in applause to Raikou's song and its melody.

"WOAH! What is that?"

"Wait, Does anyone know that young man?"

"It was so beautiful!"

"It made me cry. What is the title of the song? Anybody?"

Kasper and Chiquita just took the camera and left.

Kaori didn't know what to feel but in her heart, all she can think was 'Stay safe and come back to me okay. Just seeing you safe is enough."
