118 White Space

When I opened my eyes, I was back in that pure white space where everything began again, without a clue as to what happened.

Why the hell was I suddenly ejected from that world?

With no one else to ask and complain to, I grabbed the furry ball of a system.

"System, what happened?! Did I just suddenly die?! Why?! And, why was I not given any options of living longer?!" I asked accusingly.

What the hell just happened? One moment, I was walking peacefully with Lucas, then the next moment, he's in front of me, on the road, in the path of a speeding truck. And then like a movie scene, I was so surprised that my body reacted first and I tried to pull him back to the roadside but ended up rotating and became the one being hit by a freaking truck instead. And like a novel or manga or manhwa or manhua or whatever, I was transmigrated. No, I was ejected from that transmigration and is now being readied for another.

What. The. Heck.
