3 1:3 A Invitation

Matthew lived a candid life with no real drama he only has one parent his father who never really made it home. He has a normal amount of friends and a normal amount of enemies the only thing special about him was his wealth. The boy was extremely boring even his grades were average. The only thing that gave his life real substance was his sketchy friend who happens to be the male lead. That and he have a bunch of fangirls he doesn't know about.

The male lead is Jason an average schoolboy himself both of his parents died in a house fire now he only has his sister who he is unhealthily tied to. He has no friends and no enemies his one real trait is his smartness. To him, it sounds like the makings of two sociopaths.

Adrian, eyes helplessly stared into his reflection slightly leaning on the edge of the sink his thoughts spinning around giving him a headache. He was clueless on the art of seduction, he is a very straightforward individual so he targeted what he wanted and if it wasn't easy he gives up. Jason isn't exactly the type of person you'd want to be straightforward with. He is cold and he covers his heart with metal walls to break such things down called for a professional he is no personal.

His past life was indeed dramatic and perhaps scandalous, but he never had to seduce a person to achieve his goals he always found an alternative, and right now he couldn't think of one.

"Where is my first class?"

'I will show you a path all you have to do is l follow it.'

A line guild popped up with a huge arrow pointing towards the direction of his class

"It's like a game."

'Please don't compare my new features with that of a video game.'

"Yeah, yeah."

Adrian took a quick shower changing into a plain black t-shirt and ripped white jeans. Before he left the room he stared blankly at the arrow for a minute or two before following the trail out of the bathroom through the room then across campus. Every step he made was filled with laziness his body slightly staggering giving him a sluggish charm.

Entering the classroom he sat next to the male lead who was engrossed with his lesson a lesson that Adrian himself found pointless it was only outlining their future classes.

His thoughts trailed off to his game plan the possibility of seducing the male lead is low. The fact that this is an Erotic drama means everything the story is based around sex, using your body might seem like a good idea but that's not always true. For Jason to even get that touchy with you, you'll have to be close the sibling relationship started before the story and Jason already had a deep connection. His and Jason's connection is nowhere near close, Jason actually really hated him. In the original story, Matthew was a clingy person who wears his heart on his sleeve. To say, Jason didn't already know his feelings was wishful thinking.

Matthew who didn't have any real substance in his life clung to those who are close. Falling for Jason was purely coincidental he was the only person who approached him with no ulterior motives. After all, Matthew is a wealthy child everyone that grew close to him only wanted to use him causing him to acquire his rude attitude pushing most people off. He and Matthew were similar in that field but he didn't bother to grow walls and a rude attitude he learned how to judge personalities and understood how to trust those who deserved to be trusted. Matthew cut off a lot of trustworthy people out of fear of being hurt.

He who didn't have anybody to learn from followed down Jason's path like a child. He is a rich orphan well it's better than having nothing. Matthew saw Jason as a spoiled child that didn't know how to operate alone. Jason who was poor himself didn't get how someone like Matthew could complain about being alone, the boy is too shielded for his liking.

The two boys' relationship is too complicated for Adrian's taste. From his position in his heart, it would be hard to have him open up his home to him in one day, it is actually nearly impossible. But he was getting paid to do this mission and if anything is important it is food and money.

The class was over and Adrian was in a trance, lost in thought as he blankly played with his pencil. His palm holding his cheek up while his other hand was preoccupied, finger pressed against the tip of his pencil the eraser is against the desk twirling. Jason who noticed his 'friend' lost in thought simply gathered his things and left the boy to think.

'System I guess I'll have to use Matthew's wealth to keep Jason here.'

That was the only possible way to keep the siblings from interacting inappropriately while he tried to get closer to the boy. Adrian stood from his sit gathering his books, moving from his seat leaving the classroom.

'Time to annoy him until he is forced to like me.'

'Host that isn't how it works most of the time.'

'Then trust in that low percent.'

Matthew already did most of the work for him he schedules all his and the male lead class to be together. At the very least he needed to gain the male lead's trust.

Walking through the halls of the college building he was stopped by a girl that looked to be in the same department as him. Looking at the ground while she questioned him.

"Matthew I wanted to ask you if you could get Jason to come to a small get-together."

The girl fidgeted, her hand scratching her cheek the habit being a nervous tick. Her eyes stayed stuck to the ground biting the bottom of her lip. It was highly likely that she was expecting Matthew to refuse her basing his response on his past actions.

Adrian rubbed his chin it wouldn't be the worse idea if he heightened Matthew's popularity and if Jason ever starts to care enough he could also cause jealousy.

'Time to put my acting skills to use.'

A shy smile stretched across his face as he nervously scratched the back of his neck looking away.

"Well, I can try."

He purposely trailed off looking back up at the girl a bit shyly causing the young adult's eyes to widen in shock blinking a few times to see if she was seeing things.

"Can I Join to I'm not as popular as Jason but...uh."

He muttered looking away as if he feared her rejection.

'If you're going to use your acting skills use them properly and act like the character host this is OOC!!'

Ignoring the system he paid attention to the brown-haired girl in front of him whose eyes widened stunned a stream of red flowing to her cheeks. Her heartbeat accelerated while she rubbed her cheek mostly overwhelmed by embarrassment.

"I didn't know you'd want to come since you never really liked outings."

The girl stuttered outs waving her hands quickly in her face in hopes to not hurt the boy's feelings. Her chestnut eyes then gleamed in joy as she gave a light smile.

"You can come too even if Jason doesn't join you, here's the location."

She said pulling her phone out of her pocket opening it before pausing shuffling her feet in embarrassment as she looked back up at him.

"Uh, what's your number?"

Matthew gave a small huff in satisfaction pulling out his phone unlocking it to show her his number.

Once the girl left he turned around to walk away noticing a glimpse of brown hair.

'Host, are you going to go down the white lotus path through this mission?'

It was obvious that his host knew that the male lead was watching him, and his host acted gentle when he's a natural a**hole and his host even went OCC so the acting was meaningless for the mission.

'No, being a bit shy is better than being overconfident since that would be more out of character for Matthew. If he had opened up to make friends he'd be shy more embarrassed since he was always rude and afraid that he'd get rejected.'

'Oh that makes sense but it seems too sudden.'

'For people that don't know Matthew this change would be sudden but for the male lead who was with me since the morning he should have noticed my sudden over quietness and overthinking this change would make more sense for his point of view.'

'Oh, I get it.'

'I promise you this is the last time I would go as far as acting in character.'

'Eh, host why?! Oh, and the male lead has a weird personality he may think differently.'

'Or he might think deeper.'

Adrian smiled to himself the personality of shyness was also closer to Jason's sister's personality this may cause him to open up a bit more without noticing.

Jason was walking to his next class and noticed his friend's conversation, he assumed he would rudely refuse the offer like usual that was one of the few things he like about Matthew. He never really liked outings, but instead, the boy acted weirdly and agreed. It's not that off since it fitted in lines of his personality but it was confusing Matthew seemed to be aiming for something cunningly which is not in lines of his personality. Narrowing his eyes he glanced at his friend one last time before leaving.

"What exactly is he trying to do?"

he might just accept the offer to go to the outing just to look into Matthew.
