Blood ties

Growing up together

Or is it an unbreakable bond

Who really knows

As family is family to you

But not always others

It's complicated

And to who ever is reading this I'm hoping you can help me answer this question as I am having a dilemma

A biological relative passed away today and I have been instructed to go to the funeral

I don't see the point in going as I didn't really know this individual or the others related to this person besides myself

Do you believe I should go or not?
