Do you things ever happen where it's really weird for it to be a coincidence

Like talking about a person and then at the same time or a moment later the phone rings or you get a text from that person you were speaking about

Reading a book with music in the background and when you get to a certain point The song that corresponds to the chapter just so happens to play

(was re-reading Harry Potter and the sorcerer's stone and got to the point where they went to diagon alley and on my playlist with over 700 songs the diagon alley theme started)

What are the odds of the two happening?
