When Manuel was looking at all the times get hot for killing a wounded beta wolf. When a notification sounded in his head. *TING* "ah what was that?" Looking around seeing nothing that can make a sound he questioned. "Where was that coming fro-" Before Manuel can finish a blue light appeared in front of him.

Manuel came out of the seemingly broken house and found no one was near him. "I thought a player was near me?" Manuel scratches his head, then having a Clue he looks at the village. "Ohh wait a village. A game always starts with a starter place. Maybe the players was in the village"
Manuel was debating what to do when he remembered that. The village may be belittling him. "I shouldn't go. I'll just wait for players here" Said Manuel. Going back to his broken house. Waiting for the players Manuel remembered his states points. "Oh, yea I have three states points when I first came here. Then I leveled up. I hope it gives me some points"Looking around his house he sighn. "Haaa I really need to reconstruct this place. Statues"

Description: The power of an NPC who can create a quest for others. Players and NPC both benefit from the quest. The User of this skill will be able to make a quest for a player. Give and take. The user has to give a reward to the player and the player will do what he can.

Description: A skill for the Quest or Chain quest maker. It will help the user give rewards to the players by the items the users have. Items tier will depend on the user itself. But it's better to give great benefits.
