CHAPTER 1

"AUGUST 13th ****"

◇after 2 months when Lizanna went missing◇

It was a blissful morning, birds were busy humming their morning song, people who are rushing their way to the school or to their work, cars that is making the road busy and at the side of the road people were doing their morning routine, along the city at the buildings Tv, at the city square billboard, they talk about the missing Queen of the Stage Lizanna, She is been missing for the past 2 months after her successful event, not knowing where she is they declared that the title of the queen should be pass to another artist

They debated whether she will hold the title or should it be passed down, netizens also join the votings on social media platform, but majority of the voters voted that the title Queen should be passed down or should be given to another artist

"*Meeting room at World Century Ent."

"There will be no more Queen if the title is just be passed down because Lizanna is the Queen herself, and she will be never be replaced!" The voter said who is infavor that Lizanna will keep her title, the room were filled with the shareholders of the company where Lizanna belongs

"But what is the use of the Queen title when she is not here anymore, It must be passed down! and look most of the votes from the social media platforms voted that the title must be pass to another artist" Said by the voter who is against that Lizanna should keep her title

"Even so..."

"Enough! the voting has been ended and who holds the majority we will follow it no more further explanation and arguments" Said by the person who sit in the middle cutting what the other person is going to say, people start to get up from their seats to leave but there is a person who is feeling uneasy, feeling that it would be unfair to Lizanna so he will try his best to keep her the title that she works hard

"Wait!, let's be fair to Lizanna, she sacrifice everything to get where she is now it would be fair for her if we'll just take her title from her" he said making everyone stop from their tracks, seeing them stop from their tracks he smirk and stand up from his seat while fixing his coat and said

"Why dont we give her some time, if she show up within this allotted time then she will maintain her title if not then you are free to take the title from her" he said making the people whisper and comment at the room, and once again the room is filled with voices that discuss his suggestion, few minutes past people in the room were satisfied with his suggestion so they agreed with him

"Then let's give her 3 months to show up and claim her title if she didn't show up then do take her title then, deal?" he said with a high confidence, he has this confidence because he knew that she is just there somewhere and she will able to show up in the given time

"Okay we will accept your offer, then it's a deal" the head said and everyone left the meeting room leaving him alone in his place, he get his phone and once again try to dial her number but the call won't pass trough just like before, he may give up from the beginning but he will muster up his courage to build up his confidence over ang over again just to see her again, He grip his phone tightly as the thought came across his mind

"Lizanna I will surely found you" he whisper and left the meeting room

"May 24th ****"

◇The day of the accident◇

Out there in the middle of nowhere Lizanna who just escape from death wake up, her body is aching everywhere she open her eyes to see whether she is alive or not, and there she saw a bright light coming from the side

'Where am I? Am I dead?' She said to herself and look around the place, it looks like she is in a room but the place is built from woods

'Looks like I'm still alive' she said again to herself and there she saw picture hanging at the wall and the bed from where she is laying is not that comfortable like her bed, it was rather hard for her body, and the pillow is not that soft compared to what she use, it makes ones uncomfortable, it makes her want to go home quickly as possible

she sit up straight but felt that her back is hurting and her legs, she couldn't feel her legs!, she take a look and it was covered in bandages no, not only her legs but also her body that is covered in bandages, she try to move a muscle but her legs wont budge it just stay there without moving at all, she then again try to move but still no avail, when she realize what is going on tears start flowing from her eyes

"AHhhHHhhh!"she screamed not accepting that she cant move her legs anymore, she cried loudly and cry nonstop, she is crying hard

How can she dance, how can she be the Queen when she is disabled, how can she perform on stage with this legs of hers, these thought came running from her head making her cry harder than before

Then a boy came running from the outside to her room shock by the loud scream he just heard, he run as quick as possible

"Why? Why? Why? what??"he quickly asked as soon as he enter the room where the scream come from, the boy was dressed in a strange way his clothes were rather dark in colour and torn, his clothes has a big hole but it seems that it didn't bother him, the boy looks like he is around 7 years old, he is a small kid and a cute kid

Lizanna look at his direction not knowing whether she will scream from that boy who just enter or whether she will throw the pillow at him but she couldn't think straight, all she was thinking is that she cant move her legs

"Oh you're awake, let me call brother Zhen" he said and run outside the room leaving the door open, there she saw the outside, it was full of trees and plants it was a peaceful place, just the sight of it makes her calm down but she cant stop sobbing, waiting patiently for the boy to return and ask him some questions on how she get here and how about her legs

She was quietly sitting at the bed when a man enter the room, it was a tall guy that is around 7 ft tall and he look different from the kid, he didn't wear that same kind of cloth rather he wore a casual clothes, his face is rather calm yet his eyes were cold, but he is a handsome looking guy, Lizanna shake the thought out of her mind, would think that way when she is Injured, She might bumped her head from thinking like that

"Glad to see you are awake"said the man as he slowly approach her, he was carrying a plate full of fruits and a spare of clothes that is fold nicely, he place the things beside the bed and he then look at her

"I see you already know about your condition" he said as he nod and stare at her, but Lizanna quickly advert her gaze the moment their eyes meet

"I hope he didn't bother you from entering recklessly, he was just scared when you screamed" he said as he point to the kid that is hiding behind him, She didn't notice the kid that was behind him all along

"Oh we didn't introduce ourselves first" he said to her and drag the boy in front of him

"This is my younger brother Hunter" he said as he put his hands around his shoulder and the little boy waved shyly at her, Lizanna chuckled from what just the boy did and she also wave back at him and show a him a smile

"And I'm Ruozhen but just call me Zhen"he said as he extends his hand at her inviting for a handshake, Lizanna look at his hand and look at him in the eyes and introduce herself

"Lizanna, Lizanna Guerrero" she said and accept his handshake but she immediately withdraw her hand and look at Hunter

"Hi Hunter nice to meet you" she said and smile at Hunter and he smile back ay her

"Sister Lizanna you're pretty, would you like to date my brother?" Hunter said he looks innocent when he said that, but that made Zhen quickly smack his head for how straightforward he is and how he just lose his shyness when he know her name

"Oh uhm-" shock by just what Hunter said, Lizanna dont know what to response to Hunter's question when he was cut off by Zhen

"Dont mind him he is just a kid, a kid always speak nonsense" Zhen said as he push Hunter out of the room and close the door

"Asking why you got here?and what happen to your legs?" he said trying to change the topic

"Yeah" Lizanna response to his question as she lean her back at the headrest

"It was Hunter who found you, he was playing at the river side when he saw laying unconscious at the ground near the river, I think you crawl all the way to the land before you lose your consciousness" Zhen said and start to peel the orange that he just brought earlier, on the other hand Lizanna just listen to him and nod as a sign that she is coping from what he is saying

"You were covered in bruises and your legs, we already check it with a doctor and said that you lose tha ability to walk" Zhen said and gave the peeled orange to her but Lizanna didn't accept it, yet she is drowned by the words lose the ability to walk, she was stun, she was frozen, she was petrified, her mind is running crazy from the that phrase

she can't believe that all of her hard work turn out into nothing, all of those blood sweat and tears that she shed, she cant think straight anymore

"But I didn't say it cant be cured" Zhen said when he notice her that she's frozen from her spot and how her eyes quickly show it's sadness, but from what just Zhen said her eyes quickly came alive her eyes were filled with happiness again, but her face didn't show any emotion she was like cold as an ice but her eyes says it all, Zhen chuckled when he notice how quickly she change her emotion with her eyes

"What are you laughing at?" Lizanna said coldly when she notice that he is laughing

"N-nothing" Zhen said trying to suppress his laughter

"Right, where is this place?" Lizanna ask as she turn to look at the place once more

"Oh this is the end of the river, this place is secluded and its very far from the city where you've been" he said and gave her the orange, Lizanna accept it and nod at him and eat a piece of the orange

"How long does it take to get to the city?" Lizanna asked and take a look at him, and only she notice that his eye color were hazelnut. he has a kissable lips, his hair is kinda messy but it suit him, he has a pointed nose, and his....,

"Do you really wish to go back with that condition of yours?" he said making her snap back into reality Lizanna quickly advert her gaze and felt that her face is turning hot

"Then what am I going to do?" she lower her head and said it in a low voice

"Don't worry we will help you, it is our responsibility to take care of you cause we are the one who found you" Zhen said making Lizanna look at her then he flash a smile, he has a heart shaped smile that makes him look cute, by that Lizanna smiled at him and said

"Then please take care of me" she said showing her sweet smile

what awaits her will make her fall from the top, those people that she trust will be the person who will pull her down, those people will be the one who is celebrating when she turn into a good-for-nothing person
