15 Let's Bargain

"Jusssst howwww coldddd issss thissss place?"

Rose gritted her teeth as the freezing cold air blow past her. The temperature was so cold that she couldn't even walk forward. But, the thing that bothered her the most was the greenery around her. There wasn't a single chunk of ice or snow.

"That's because you are not wearing warm clothes. Here! Wear this!" Alan sighed heavily when he saw her condition. Seeing the green forests and warm sun, she thought it would be sunny and warm. So, she threw away all the robes that she was wearing to the ground and spread her arms.

Fifteen Seconds Later, she was frozen to the ice sculpture. The robe that Alan held in his hand was one of the robes that Rose threw away. Luckily it got stuck on his tail and Alan didn't sweep it away since he knows she will need this sooner.

The weather of the Northern Part of the Spirit Continent is very cold. It is so freaking cold that in the winter, even Rank six or seven humans will find it hard to survive without massive clothes.

"Youu didn't tell me thisss would beeee so coldddd. That's freaking sun out there. Why is it so cold?" Rose immediately wore the robe that Alan passed her and shouted while pointing her finger at the round sun.

"Of course, it's summer here. And, it's hot Alan nods his head while looking at the sun with a bit of grudge. He was still in his wolf form. So, he was freaking sweating due to the sun's heat.

"Youuuu call this summerrrr. I'm freezinggg to death." Rose teeth were still colliding against each other while she gave Alan a hateful look. Suddenly, she noticed his furs and her eyes twinkled. She hurriedly jumped on his back. She spreads her arms and legs around him.

'He is mine and mine alone.' At this moment, this was the thought of her mind. Surprisingly, she didn't blush at this moment. Her expression was slowly changing as if she was massaged by the hand of a god.

Alan was surprised by her touch but the same as Rose, he didn't react too much. He slightly blushed and dashed towards his home. His home was nearly five miles away. While running on the grassland, Rose peaked out of the robe.

She saw beautiful trees and the blue sky brightly shinning with dozens of stars. She suddenly felt chills on her skin as she buried herself inside the warm robe. She pinned her finger at his fur while asking "You said that you don't like wasting your time. So, will you stay away from your palace?"

"Do you already feel lonely without me? So, did you fall for me?" Alan smirked in his wolf form and asked.

"Of course not! We are going to a place where not a single human lives. How do you expect me to live peace between wolves?" Rose shouted as she tried to pull his fur. But, when she found she couldn't do it, she puffed out her cheeks and leave it.

"Well, I wondered how you will live. Let's find out, shall we?" Saying so, Alan picked up the pace as he dashed forward.

Although he picked up the pace, he still maintained the balance for Rose.

At this moment, Rose's gaze suddenly shifted to something else.

Seeing so many screens in front of her, Rose almost freaked out. Due to those events, she almost forgot that she has a weird system in her head. It took her two minutes to cool down.

Rose lifts her arm and clicks on 'yes'.

'So the system, how can I upgrade the system's skill?' Rose asked her in mind.

[Host can improve system's skill through proficiency or upgrading the system. A single upgrade will raise system skills by five levels and add new skills.]

'Oh! Then, how can I upgrade the system?' Rose asked

'How much?' Rose asked.

'Isn't that little too much? Can't I upgrade it with 500 GP?' Rose asked.

'But, 500 GP is still too much. How about 600 GP? I can give you that much.' Rose excitedly raised her six fingers and spoke.

'Alright! Alright! Not mine, not yours, let's get a deal with 750 GP. If you go above, I will never upgrade the system.' Rose tightened her hand as she slowly turned her head away from the system. She knew why she did this. Although it won't work here, she still got the habit of looking at the different stores while bargaining.

This is an imposing trick to hasten the shopkeeper's decision.

'Humph! I don't need you. I don't care about upgrading the system's skills. I can live without upgrading it. I will never ever, ever, ever, ever, ever upgrade it.' Rose suddenly straightened her back and sat on his back. She puffed out her cheeks and folded her arms around.
