10 Bet

Four wolves dragged a carriage that was nearly two meters long, wide, and tall. Inside the carriage, a man sat in the corner, with a woman asleep on his laps. There was, however, a pillow between his laps and her head.

At the same time, his hands were always behind his head. Alan promptly embarked on his journey to the beast continent, accompanied by Rose in his chariot. Those wolves pulling the carriage were going at breakneck speed, but the carriage never bumped even for a second.

"Hmm!" Rose abruptly opens her eyes, and her gaze is drawn to the seat across from her. She carefully raises her head to see Alan's face. She made two blinking motions with her eyes. The next thing she knew, her face was flushed.

"Ouch!" She hurriedly rushes away from his lap, but she collides with the carriage wall. She settles into the seat, her hands concealing the bump.

"You've finally woken up." While glancing at her, Alan sighed at her manner. He couldn't figure out why Rose was so humiliated by him. Girls used to be blatant in their attempts to seize him. Rose, on the other hand, had merely pretended to be ashamed around him.

"Huh! Where are we?" Only when she let go did she see how thin the walls of the carriage were in comparison to her room.

"We're off to the Beast Continent. What happened to you back then? Why were you burned in such a way?" Alan became intrigued as he took the pillow from his lap and inquired.

Rose became aware of the pillow and his hand at the same time. She glanced at Alan, dumbfounded, and thought, 'Come on, dude! Don't say you don't have it! Even if you had vowed not to touch me that was a situation in which I couldn't blame you. Can't you be a little more shameless and give me a chance?"

Rose was well aware of her predicament. She was too hesitant to declare she has a crush on his figure. On the other hand, she really wants to crash her lips into that god's face. That is why she hopes he would lose control and ravage her.

'Sigh! Life is very difficult. God, why did you create me so gorgeous while also making me so shameless?' She sighs and turns her head to face him, a heavy expression on her face.

"I was brave enough to curse the god for bestowing such a twisted fate on me, which is why I received the divine punishment. God hit me with lightning," Alan's eyelids twitched as he struggled to interpret her words. God's Penalty! If God's Punishment was so weak, everyone would be in the Ninth Rank.

"It appears that God has a special spot for beautiful people." Alan sighed and turned away, his head held high.

But he didn't realize his remarks were lethal. Rose's face turned red when she heard Alan's compliment. She attempted to keep her cool, but the angels in her heart were bouncing around. She was tempted to shout aloud.

"By the way, I mentioned something about the bet earlier. Do you recall?" Alan turned his attention to Rose and saw her face grow red as a hot tomato. When he saw that face, he immediately turned around, flushing as his heart throbbed.

'God! How did you manage to make someone so adorable? That silver hair, those bright red eyes, and that adorable face. Oh my God, if this continues, I'm going to lose.'

Rose, on the other hand, had no idea what was going on in his heart. She was stunned when she lost her soul. She didn't expect Alan to turn around and notice her flushed cheeks.

'Don't tell me he'll believe I've fallen in love with him?'

'..... It is not incorrect, but I cannot accept him so simply.'

'I can't accept a person with whom I'll spend the rest of my life so readily.'

'I need to know whether he actually loves me or not. Otherwise, I won't be able to fall low. If I do, I will never become the Rose I am. I'm hoping he'll make an effort. I have a ton of quests to accomplish.' Rose clenched her teeth and averted her gaze.

The carriage was silent for a long time until Alan shattered it with his words.

"We don't know much about one another. But now that we're married, everything has changed. If at all possible, we must win one other's hearts. That is why I want to make a wager."

Rose became even more perplexed upon hearing his statements. She couldn't see why they needed a bet to win someone's heart.

"The wager will be straightforward. If you can get me to say "I love you" within a hundred days, you've won. If I can get you to say "I love you, that's my win. I know that seems silly, but this is the bet I want to take with you."

Alan, like Rose, moved his face gently towards Rose with a solemn expression. But when they regarded at other in the eyes, they were wide open. They made a frigid expression in an attempt to make the other party grasp her mood.

"How about the rewards and punishment?" Rose spoke in a frigid tone, which contrasted sharply with her prior tone. She worked so hard that her spirit became frozen.

"If you win, you are free to ask me whatever you want. If I win, I may ask for everything I want. Whatever the winner desires, we must fulfill it." Alan also folded his leg and said in a chilly tone. Despite the fact that Alan was a master of the cold tone, he was having difficulty understanding her expression.

"Alright!" Rose nods coldly, but just as she turns her head, Alan continues, "And, since we are officially husband-wife, we must call each other by name or wife/husband."

Rose simply nods, as if it doesn't matter to her. They both turned their heads in different directions and screamed in their hearts.

'Ice Goddess!'

'Heavenly Angel!'

'How the hell can I survive hundred days without admitting it?' Both of them simultaneously shouting in their heart.
