1 Is It My First Day?

In a world in which led by a storm, the Four Element Gods continued to protect the world from the attack by the abyss, Shadow Juvixin. As humans continued to grow their civilization, the Gods acted to spread the elements all around the world-- Fire, Water, Light, and Dark-- creating 3 big families from fire, water, and light. As the spreading power from the Dark God was considered as dangerous by the kinds, the chosen one of the Dark element was left behind receiving hatred-- for no apparent reason, other than fear.

Juvixinille's eye colors mostly showed their element powers-- red for fire, blue for water, yellow for light, and black for dark-- however, some decided to hide it for a reason. Their eye color will turn black if hidden, although it will still create controversy as to why they decided to hide it.

Ah, it's that time of the year. The trees are covered with white, the concrete roads are slippery and very highly dangerous for foxes to cross. In this world of power and integrity, even one grain of snow won't be able to fly freely. A calm night changed into a loud day, shouting the name of the season.

The sun is shining from the horizon, it's the first day of school. The yellowy-golden orange shining through the snow, only the warmth of the winter uniform can beat the cold.

She changed her posture while waiting for the big black car to finally stop, entering the dream home of knowledge-- Eqaos Quantrum High-- the school which every soul in Juvixinille wants to enroll. There are only 1000 students at maximum as teachers need to understand their students mentally and physically for better education and safety purposes.

She had such unique hair-- a waist-length black on one side, and white on the other, while a side bang was hiding her left black eye. A huge scar was visible, slicing through her eyebrow and eye. She wore what seems like a handmade shoulder bag. It was a deep red color with a black strap.

On her navy blue uniform with a tie, a small grey nameplate said "Rea Okumaru". She put on her red hoodie which was chilling on her back as a warm machine. The engine stopped. Her chest feeling warm, she opened the door. Walking up the stairs, she ended up being confused.

"Do you know his location?" as she looked at the huge silver sign hanged on a pillar, 'Eqaos Quantrum High'. a grey long-tailed with pointy ears went out of the car, he had short soft grey hair. Walking towards his owner, he pats his bag to make sure no dust was collected. A jingle was heard from his golden bell bracelet. He was fairly tall for his age and had a good posture.

"Ung, yeah! Will you follow me?" He answered nervously. "He's in a different building, I heard Onii-san likes quiet places."

"That's weird, why is he still in our house, then?" Rea jokingly asked.

"I'm confused too. I should've been quiet at home..." He answered again, nervously. The young girl giggled and patted his back. "Well then Arex Okumaru, let's go inside, shall we?"

Arex nodded in excitement and wiggled his tail. They went inside the school gate, greeted by the security guards in their blue-colored uniforms with a pilot-like blue hat. It was a very fancy uniform for her taste. Still feeling nervous, they continued walking into the school.

The main school was a combination of two huge rectangular buildings with 9 rows of windows, meaning there are 9 floors. It had a pretty long bridge connecting the two buildings. It's primarily blue-colored with a huge roof with long metal fences guarding the sides. People could see a huge white clock installed on one of the pillars in the middle of the building. Arex then pointed his finger to another building beside the main school building, it's a slightly smaller building with trees and flowerbeds decorating the walls and sideroads.

"That's the one," Arex said convincingly whilst nodding. Rea nodded afterwards.

RING! RING!

The bell rang as the clock showed 7:15 A.M, with some sort of a melody played after it.

"I wonder if Eqaos-san is actually here," Arex asked while looking concerned. They arrived at the front door, 2 security guards opened it. They greeted them with a small bow.

"Of course. if he's not here for me, I'll have to summon him," Rea responded with a sinister giggle as she rubbed her hands together. She stretched her arms and went to the receptionist. A huge table was seen in the distance. It had a white and grey color with a contrast of navy blue. Two women were standing inside with a similar design of a pilot uniform as the security with a blue hat. A logo is attached to the right side, a side profile of a wolf's head with a bigger white Q surrounding it.

"I have a personal meet-up with Eqaos, I am Rea," Speaking calmly as if she's used to it, she bowed a little, showing a respected manner.

A female receptionist took a glance at Rea's figure, responded quickly. "Ah yes, right this way ma'am."

The receptionist walked in front while keeping a walking pace. Rea and Arex suddenly felt tingles down their spine. They looked at each other, making sure they're feeling the same way. It's their first time having an actual education in a proper school, no wonder they were nervous. They arrived in front of a lift and the female receptionist clicked a button.

The small monitor showed the numbers slowly going down. a DING! clatter came out and the door opened. The receptionist let the two students in and she clicked the floor number for them. She gave them a warm smile and a slight bow. The door closed, Arex's legs are shaking, "I forgot to wear my tie..."

Rea glanced at him in disbelief, changed her expression to a cheeky smile. "Oh well, better be prepared for the Onii-san headmaster to SMACK you." Rea's words made Arex even more worried, he's shaking even more and his tail wrapped his right thigh. Rea laughed and pat him.

DING!

The lift finally reached the 7th floor. They walked out to see a huge double door-- starting from the bottom to the top, the height was enough for 2 floors. Rea knocked on the golden-rimmed door and expected a response. Not long after, a calm but familiar voice answered, "Come in."

The door opened by itself. Assuming it was remote-controlled, Rea and Arex entered the room.

-----------------

The room was slightly dark. There's light, but only from the huge window in front of where they were standing. The interior was very classy, monochromic black and white, different from what they expected from a golden-rimmed castle door. A huge black office chair was turned around facing the window, Arex ran towards the chair hurriedly until-

"Arex! Watch out!"
