1 Vanished

Gideon screamed at his boss, "What in the bloody hell!?" and then slapped her. she wasn't fazed. He waved his hand in front of her face, and said "Megan. answer me. this is not funny". Megan turned around as if she'd heard something, looked down at her watch, and left. Gideon suddenly had an idea. Megan had left her cell phone on her desk, so he grabbed it, and then used his phone to dial her number. Nothing. The phone didn't even ring. Gideon felt a pang in his gut, then realized something. Quickly he texted his girlfriend, Amber. "baby, you still there?" 5 seconds later a text popped up, "yeah, lol. why?" "no reason, just checking up," Gideon texted back, "love you". Gideon stuffed his phone back I his pocket, and ran out the door, purposefully running into someone on purpose, and the guy wasn't even phased. Gideon grabbed his keys, opened his car, and then dropped is wallet. as he picked it up, his license fell out, and Gideon saw something that made his gape. His picture. it wasn't there. it was gone. he'd vanished off the earth. and he had no idea what was about to happen.
