"That was the best summer ever!" Hu Chuntian said as Mo Aini dragged their suitcases to the doorstep of the Hu mansion. "Right, Da Ge? This is your best summer too, right?"

Mo Aini gently put him down on the sofa. "Well, you and I got drowned in the sea, I almost thought you died, you attempted to swim all the way to find my sister, we got lost in an island for 3 days only to find out that it's the same island where our classmates are after all who almost caught us fucking and therefore got your tailbone broken...."

He twist his own back and heard a nice crack. "Not to mention I have to carry you and our stuff all this time....."

Hu Chuntian's good mood suddenly lowered down when Mo Aini listed all these summer misfortunes. Especially since most of them were caused by him.

His eyes watered. "I'm sor—"

"But! But! But!" Mo Aini placed a finger to his lips. "It's still the best summer I ever experienced. You wanna know why?"

Hu Chuntian's eyes twinkled like the stars and he already knows what was coming next, but still asked. "Why, Da Ge?"

"Because....." Mo Aini grinned , tapping his nose. "Because in the end, I get to have some rest in a nice multi-million mansion. I'm so fucking tired. Good night!"

He turned around with no hesitation ready to go to the guest room, and Hu Chuntian pulled on his shirt. "Hey, don't tease me like that, Da Ge!"

"Tease you? I'm telling the truth. This is a nice fucking house with a nice fucking bed." Mo Aini couldn't help grinning wider with Hu Chuntian getting clingy like this. "What did you expect me to say?"

"You know what I expected you to..... Fine, never mind." Hu Chuntian pouted and hugged his knees. "I guess I'm the only one who enjoyed this summer because we're together."

Mo Aini was dying internally of cuteness in his head. (Ugh! When he acts pitifully like that, how can I continue teasing him!?)

He couldn't take it anymore and squished the cute tiger with his arms and placed several kisses on his cheek.

"Of course, it's the best because I'm with you! I'm just joking, mwah! "

Hu Chuntian was surprised by this sudden outburst of affection. Mo Aini's openness to intimacy really has improved.

He pinched the Tiger Emperor's cheeks. "Don't be mad anymore~ You get so sensitive when I tease you, that's why I can't help it, okay?"

"I'm not..... sensitive....." Hu Chuntian got annoyed with him playing his cheeks like Clay-Doh. "Stop.... I'm the Tiger Emperor, why are you pinching me like that?"

"Yes, yes, you're the Tiger Emperor. And this Tiger Emperor is mine." Mo Aini smiled from ear to ear. "But don't deny that you're sensitive. From what I can remember....."

"What do you mean do it!? At that state!? Don't be stupid, you brat!" Mo Aini immediately massaged the sore area with a creased eyebrow. "I think you should go see a doctor...."

"What do I tell the doctor then?"

"Er.... That you fell down the stairs?" Mo Aini suggested.

He looked at the red and bruised lower back and cursed. "Damn, I hope it doesn't require surgery."

Hu Chuntian relished the feeling of Mo Aini being worried about him, but he remained stubborn until the end. ".... Hah.... I don't really need a doctor. I hate hospitals, and it's so boring being alone there. If I get surgery, I'll be separated from you...."

"And since the injury is in the you-know-what, would you really allow another man or woman to look at it?" Hu Chuntian added. "I don't want to show it to anyone else either, even if my life depends on it. It feels like I'm cheating on Da Ge....."

Mo Aini reddened at the silly things he was saying. "That's not... You're just showing the doctor your butt to fix it, don't get too dramatic! I'm not an idiot to get easily jealous by that kind of thing.... It's a professional job!"

"Mnn..... How about we just search the internet so we could deal with it by ourselves? I really don't want to go!" Hu Chuntian wrapped his arms around Mo Aini's neck.

"Sigh.....That's too dangerous." Mo Aini pondered on an alternative solution, then thought: "Why don't I just..... um..... Ask the system to heal it in exchange for my Cupid points?"

Hu Chuntian's face darkened. "You're going to ask that wretched system for help, Da Ge?"

"Well, you're leaving me with no other choice. And it'll be a quicker fix than going to the doctor."

"No need." Hu Chuntian answered coldly, gripping on Mo Aini tighter. "I'd rather die of a broken tailbone than have you ask for their help."

Mo Aini scratched his head. Even when gaining his memories, he could still be so unreasonable sometimes.....

(I'll just have to ask it in secret then.) Mo Aini thought. "Then, how about we got to your room and I give you a massage for a bit? Maybe it'll ease the pain?"

Hu Chuntian's darkened face reeking of vinegar turned back to its former jolly demeanor, and nodded. "Okay! That's a much better suggestion. But shouldn't I be massaging Da Ge too after all the hard work he did for me?"

"After your back feels better then, I could use some shoulder massage." Mo Aini lifted his 6-foot tiger baby to the bedroom.

As he did this, he said to his mind. (System. System, are you there? Hello? I need something.)

He received a response that he did not expect:

(What? Come on, what are you up to, huh? When I want to ask for something, you pick the right moment to leave?) Mo Aini cursed. (Liu Sha, you motherfucking Nobita-looking bastard! Answer me, my baby is in pain here!)

Mo Aini groaned, and gave up, focusing on laying down Hu Chuntian to give him a massage. He laid him down on his stomach and the Tiger Emperor gave a satisfied whimper being pampered like this.

"Hold on, I'll go get some ointment."

Mo Aini went down the stairs again, and saw the cans of beer that were still not taken care of. Then he also remembered the clothes that he left in the washing machine and still haven't dried, and there were also the clothes they used up on the summer trip.

He couldn't help but be a little bit depressed from the sight of the messy house, dreading all the work to be done.

[So many chores for a busy househusband.]

(Hey, you're fucking back! I knew that 'System is unavailable' was just a prank!) Mo Aini picked up the bottles and went back to work.

[It wasn't a prank, I just returned. There were some matters I have to attend to.]

He then heard his tiger calling out, "Da Ge, what's taking you so long? I'm feeling kinda lonely here~"

"I'm just cleaning up our mess." Mo Aini answered. "I'll be back in a minute."

"Okay..... I just can't wait to have Da Ge undress me and me give a nice, hot massage....." Hu Chuntian said in a voice that almost sounded like a purr.

"Fuck you." Mo Aini answered in spite. "So are you going to heal him, or not?"

"Yes." Mo Aini answered plainly. "I don't care if you're jealous, go buy a green hat* if you want to or drink bottles of vinegar."

Liu Sha was stunned by this straightforward answer, his sleepy eyes that only stayed open from five cups of coffee going wide and blinking for a bit.

Then, he just gave a defeated smile. This is Mo Aini after all, what did he expect?

[What's in it for me, then?]

"Cupid points." Mo Aini finished hanging the clothes.

[Cupid Points are just a made-up currency to make you believe you're in a game world. I need a favor in exchange for this favor.] His lips suddenly quirked up in a smile. [Are you up for it?]

"Depending on what the favor is. If it's something disgusting, I won't do it." Mo Aini said.

[It's simple. I just need you to say 'Big Brother's got your back. Big Brother will protect you and not leave you.']

Mo Aini knitted his eyebrow quizzically. "Is that it? What's that for?"

[Nothing, just...] Liu Sha pushed up his glasses. [I need a bit of nostalgia to improve my mood.]

Mo Aini still found it strange, but didn't question it any further. At least it's not something perverted or damaging to his loyalty to Hu Chuntian.

He spoke, not lazily, but not too enthusiastically either. He said it in the usual laidback way he does:

"Big Brother's got your back. Big Brother will protect you and never leave you."

He raised an eyebrow. "Satisfied?"

There was no answer for a few moments, and he's unsure of what Liu Sha thought of that performance of his. But no matter, a deal's a deal, and he kept his end.

[Alright. Besides, since his back will improve, you would not have to massage him anymore. I'll lower his Pain Stats and improve his Health Stats.]

There was a ding sound. Then, Liu Sha bid his farewell. [I still have something to manage so if you need me for something else, I won't be around. Not that I'll be doing you any more favors than this, this is the only time. Again, consider my offer to get you out of this dimension before it's too late.]

"I won't." Mo Aini said, but still added, "Thank you."

[Sigh, I expected as much.]

Then, he couldn't hear the robotized voice of Liu Sha again.

He went upstairs, and saw Hu Chuntian with a big smile.

"Da Ge, you're back! I'm not feeling the pain anymore, in fact, I feel so invigorated to take back my title as the relentless Tiger Emperor!" Hu Chuntian sat up from the bed and did a backflip, landing with a triumphant smile that seems to be asking for a praise.

"Wow, you recovered so fast, A-Tian!" Mo Aini acted surprised. "But still, you have to be careful. Don't move around too much yet, we can't afford you to get more hurt."

"Yep, yep! But now that I feel better....."

Hu Chuntian put a hand on Mo Aini's broad shoulders. "I can take care of Da Ge instead....."

That seductive tone caused Mo Aini to get a huge lump on his throat. "Y-Yeah.... The ointment's here. You can just apply it and massage over my clothing, there's no need to—"

"Da Ge's been working so hard for me these days, cleaning after my mess, making sure I have something to eat..... carrying me...." Hu Chuntian whispered in his ear, running his hands under Mo Aini's shirt. "I bet you're so tired, Da Ge. You'd probably want a treat from this brat who's mistreated you for so long."

"Uh.... yeah, I wouldn't mind a treat. But again, we shouldn't do something dangerous just right after you recovered. What happened to the saying, ' Once bitten by a snake, ten years scared of a rope*' ?' " Mo Aini's heart was palpitating from the tension increasing in this bedroom, sweating from the hotness.

"We don't have to do anything..... dangerous. I don't like playing safe, but if Da Ge says so, I'll hold back for now." Hu Chuntian traced his nails over Mo Aini's chest. "But my lower half isn't the only thing that can satisfy you, Da Ge. I can try with my hands as well~"

Mo Aini's face grew even hotter, disbelieving how impossibly arousing this tiger of his could be. "You mean the massage, right? Let's just get started...."

"Hehe.... Yeah.... A massage...."

Outdoor trips may be exciting, but thanks to the Tiger Emperor, Mo Aini learned that just staying at home can be exciting as well.
