5 Liquor Worm Gu Acquired

Li Shang was out of breath, he has finally refined rank 1 windwhirl gu!
"Finally" Li Shang said he was worn out. Li Shang thought it was going to be easy process, but he decided to multitask. While refining the Gu he tried to replenish his primeval energy, which failed. He got a backlash and had to take a break.
" I have to get better at controlling my primeval essence, it would be nice I had some venerable inheritance" Li Shang mumbled. Li Shang meditated for a while then went back to to refine the gu. This time he only focused on the Gu.
" I have three gu, black boar gu as my vital gu and windwhirl gu as my movement gu l. I have to get the Liquor Worm gu for that old geezer . I should get tomorrow. As of right now I need a investigative gu. Once I go back to the academy, I'll get to pick a gu.
"I have 1770 primeval stones, that should be good for a couple months."
For now I have to focus on hitting rank 1 middle, with my talent and liquor worm gu. I need a good 3 days. Li Shang left his room and went to his his backyard to practice on his black boar gu.
"With my strength I can activate only 5% of the black boar gu, I need more practice!"
Thinking so, Li Shang decided to call the guards and fight, the were at the peak of mortal rank.

When the guards heard this the took a deep breath out.

After the last guard fainted, Li Shang didn't gain no insights during the fight. It wouldn't even be counted as fight, it was one sided. He felt dejected, but it was in his expectation. They were only mortals. while he was a Gu master, the difference was like heaven and earth.
Li Shang went back inside the house and took hot bath. while drying himself, a servant knocked through the door and said "elder Li Pao wants to talk to you."

Li Shang was not nice to Li Pao, Li Pao barely talked to Li Shang. He only wished Li Shang would be a useful person for his faction, but once Li Shang got A talent aptitude. " I have black boar gu. Which feds on boar meat. Whirlwind gu feds on air, liquor gu feds on wine and fire drill that feds on sunlight. I plan on cultivating for the rest for the week, for sure I'll hit rank 1 middle with that I can get a gu for the clan. Also I still lots of primeval gu around 1750. With the alliance with Li Pao I .should get an increase in primeval stones. Ok its decided to I'm going to go into secluded cultivation
