The day a dark elf’s older brother is slain during a skirmish between clans, she mourns his death in an ancient, and repurposed, place of unholy power. The emotions within her resonate with the dark power the place is steeped in, and the tens of thousands of years of unholy evil that has occurred in the former temple set off an esoteric reaction that culminates in a divinity, the last of his kind, being set free from the place he has long resided in. This divinity, influenced by the potency of the dark elf’s feelings mixing with the wicked evil that has permeated the place wherein the dark elf unwittingly set him free, elects to help her attain vengeance.
