"Ge!" The cheery and high-pitched voice of Chenle resonated through the halls as he ran past the other students, in search of nothing but his older friend, Renjun. The young lad caught sight of the said male conversing with a boy taller than him, but he could care less. For all he cares about at this moment, is to tell his friend about finally having some time up his sleeves to pay Jaemin a visit.

Chenle never had the chance to visit Jaemin ever since the brunet was admitted to the hospital. Not that he didn't want to, but because his parents thought he was a still too young to understand the situation that time. The young lad was clearly saddened by the news, they barely known each other and here they are, unable to know each other further due to the series of events that followed shortly after.

Despite the lack of information he knows about Jaemin, Renjun was there to share him stories and information about the brunet. He learned that after Jaemin was discharged from the hospital, Jaemin started doing volunteer work to help other people even though he was told to take things slow. Renjun also told him that Jaemin had always been fond of nature. He enjoyed the cool breeze of spring, the sunny days of summer, the colors of autumn, and the atmosphere of winter. Jaemin's favorite season is autumn. He explained that he is always reminded of spring during autumn; it is the time of the year where every leaf is a flower. It is a season to find contentment at home by paying attention to what we already have.

Perhaps Chenle was lucky to meet Jaemin in his happiest of times.

"Lele, you didn't have to shout my name, you know. Everyone is looking our way now." Renjun grunts.

Chenle laughed, a bit too loud for Renjun's liking as it only drawn more attention to their direction. The boy besides Renjun remained still, observing the boy who is laughing in front of them.

"Oh, come on. I didn't mean to! I was too excited, I didn't intend to draw everyone's attention." Chenle grins toothily, causing the older male to raise a brow.

"What are you so excited for, anyways? Excited for your upcoming finals?"

"Pft, no! You better up your game when making guesses, ge." Chenle snorts.

"Anyways, I had a talk with my parents and they finally allowed me to visit Jaemin. I know, before you say anything else, I know that it took so long. But what matters to me is that I can finally see Jaemin again. Gosh, it's been a long while since the last time. I wonder how Jaemin would look in person."

"Uhm, I don't mean to intervene but I should probably get going since I'm disturbing the both of you." The taller male than Renjun was talking to earlier, butts in. Chenle diverts his attention to the said male, narrowing his eyes before muttering an 'ah' when he realises who it was all along.

"Oh! Park Jisung from Dance Club? Wow, who would've thought you were this tall.. You're a year younger than me yet your height says otherwise? This is unfair." Chenle shook his head in a dismissive manner while Jisung stared at him in surprise.

"I'm not that tall.. But yes, I am Jisung."

Renjun scoffs and pulls the two by their collars, lowering their heads down and putting the two in a headlock, causing whines and grunts from the younger ones. "Well, I don't mean to intervene but the both of you are younger than I am and the both of you are taller than me. Just what exactly are the both of you trying to say? That I'm a minion?"

"I didn't mean to make it sound offending to you, ge! Geez, please let us go!"

"Why should I?"

"Well, because we're going to visit Jaemin. I already have his bouquet made before I came here to tell you. We just need to pick it up from our shop and we can all go."

"All? Am I coming along..?" Jisung feebly mutters, which Renjun didn't fail to hear as he lets go of the two, leading the two to release a sigh of relief.

"Ah, yeah.. I don't think Jaemin would mind to have a few friends come. If anything, I'm sure he'll be delighted that more people is coming to visit him. But only if you want to come along with us, Jisung."

Renjun and Chenle have their eyes set on the youngest among them. Jisung purses his lips to a thin line, deep in thought.

"Hm.. Alright. I guess there's nothing wrong about making new friends, right?"

Renjun and Chenle grinned at each other as they nod in sync.

"Definitely."
