17 Jimin and BTS : Day 2 with Aami

Day 2

Just like the other day, Aami skipped breakfast saying she was in a hurry. I wanted to find out where she was headed off to. So I decided to follow her.

To my surprise, she took the bus instead of a taxi. Later, I saw her enter a resturant.

I wait for her to come out. I was slowly loosing my patience. Finally I gave in and entered the restaurant and had the biggest surprise of my life.

Aami was wearing a waitress uniform serving dishes to customers. I wanted to see her face but couldn't as she still wore that mask of hers.

Later an argument broke out between Aami and a customer. I don't know what exactly was going on but the guy was being really rude to her. I watch him throw the gravy on her face in attempt to escape, when she threatened to call the police. Luckily I was there to stop him or should I say, trip him. The man hit his head on the table and fell unconscious. When I saw Aami approach my direction , I got up and left.

I can't let her know that she's being followed. If she does, then my attempt will become futile. I run to my car before the police arrived. I saw them arrest the man.

Ting. Ting.

I receive a text from Jungkook.

(Hey Jiminssi where are you? Everyone's waiting.)

I text him back saying that I was on my way. I look over at the restaurant while hiding in my car.

Aami seems to be engaged in her work. She's running around taking orders. I wonder if she had her breakfast.

Later, I return to the building for dance practice.

[ Back at Dorm. Living Room]

Later in the evening, Aami didn't return to the dorm even after 11pm. Everyone was getting really worried.

Jin : (worried) It's already past 11 pm. Where is she?

Taehyung : (anxious) Do you think something bad might have happened?

Jungkook : I'm getting really scared.

Yoongi : (uneasy) Ahh great!!! why didn't any of us think of getting her contact info.

Hoseok : (nervous) Should we report this to the PD?

Jimin : I'm going out for a bit. I'll be back soon.

Namjoon : We are here worried sick and you're going out. Jimin I know you hate her but at least don't be so cruel man. Have some heart.

Jimin : (ignoring Namjoon) I'll be back soon.

Jin : This kid, he badly needs a smack.

Namjoon : Ahh let him go. I hope Aami's alright.

I was on my way to the restaurant to check up on her.I spotted her near the bus stand. I'm guessing she missed her bus.

Ahh!! this idiot, can't she at least inform them she'll be late. Should I just give her a ride? No I shouldn't. Maybe I should. Jimin makeup your mind.

Finally, I decided to let my pride down and give her a ride but I was too late, she had already entered the bus by then.

Later I followed the bus and made sure she reached the dorm safely. I hid myself and heard Jin scold her. I saw her eyes tear up.

Aami apologized for making them worry and exchanged numbers. Later she went to sleep refusing to eat dinner yet again saying she was stare

[ Bedroom ]

Taehyung : Where did you go this late in the night ? Oh by the way, Aami came home safely. I know you don't care about her but I just wanted to let you know.

Hoseok : Do you want her phone number Jiminie ?

Jimin : Why would I need that? I don't want it.

Hoseok : Here I've written it down. If you want it, just take it.

Taehyung : Ahh let's just go to sleep. I don't want to argue with you. Good night guys.

I stare at the small white sheet of paper placed near the bed lamp. In the end, I ended up saving it after all.

Well it doesn't hurt to have a number saved in my phone. It's just a number.

"Pabo". The only name that truly fits you.
