Public Enemy

In front of Uzumaki's residence, there was a fight between Boruto and Kawaki, both had Karma activated, Kawaki also activated Isshiki's Doujutsu.

"Where did you send my parents?"

"Don't worry, they're safe, I'll bring them back after he kills you" Kawaki rushed to attack Boruto, who raised his guard taking on his stepbrother's blows, at one point Kawaki tripped with his leg, Boruto's leg knocking him to the ground. "It's over," he announced, changing his hand

Kawaki was about to finish off Boruto when Sarada suddenly appeared in front of him with her Sharingan activated, blocking Kawaki's attack.

"I'm not going to let you hurt Boruto!"

"Then you will die too!" Kawaki attacked

Sarada, but she dodged his attack and then jumped up making the seals "Katon: Gokakyuu no Jutsu!" She released fireballs from her mouth

Kawaki covered himself with his modified hand before moving towards Sarada.

"Is fast!"

When Kawaki was about to hit Sarada, Boruto pushed her away causing Kawaki to scratch his eye, scarring it.

"Boruto!"

Kawaki was about to approach Boruto to finish him off, but suddenly Shikamaru paralyzed him using the shadow capture technique, additionally Mitsuki extended his arms grabbing Kawaki with them.

"Enough Kawaki! Give up, you have nowhere to run."

Kawaki growled something under his breath and then shrunk, freeing himself.

"Escaped?"

"He shrank, and he used it to escape," Boruto explained

Kawaki reached the forest not far from the village, after a while Eida also appeared on the spot.

"Kawaki"

"You, what do you want here?"

"I came to help you."

"If you want to help me, put me in Boruto's place, let everyone know that he killed the seventh."

"If you want it." Eida's eyes suddenly started to glow, soon a large pillar of light appeared, while Sarada and Mitsuki were running after Boruto, suddenly something happened and Mitsuki attacked the blonde.

"Hey Mitsuki, what's going on?" Sarada asked confused

"We must catch the traitor."

"Huh"

Mitsuki entered sage mode and headed for Boruto, the blonde dodged the attack by jumping on a tree

"What's going on, Mitsuki?"

"What have you done Eida?"

"I fulfilled your wish, now you are Kawaki Uzumaki and Boruto is the one who was taken in by the seventh"

Boruto was running from Mitsuki, and when he reached the center of the village, he noticed everyone including Kawaki standing in front of him.

"What's happening here?"

"Hehehehe, it looks like Eida made you switch places." Momoshiki replied

"Give up Boruto, you have nowhere to run"

"I think I have the only way out" activating Karma, Boruto opened a portal to which he jumped

"Boruto!"
