1 Worst day

my name is Sydney Dorcas , School life was the toughest for me , I have a friend named Maddie she is chubby and guys crave for her , not that I wasn't beautiful it was because of the way i dress , talk and do things were different, actually my Behaviour was quite old , my first Crush was in love with my best friend why wouldn't life be the worst for me .

hey , Maddie wait for me; I said

Hey Dorcas where have you been , I didn't see you through out lunchtime ; Maddie said

Do you know Kingsley confessed his love to me ; Maddie said

Good for you ; I said with a sad tone

What wrong ; Maddie asked me

I've always have a crush on Kingsley, but he never once notice me ; I said

Oh I didn't know baby girl ; Maddie said

Thank God I didn't accept; Maddie said to me

It's okay baby girl, let cheer you up with your favorite ice cream; Maddie said.

After class me and Maddie went to the ice cream shop.

What flavor do you want; Maddie asked.

I want kiwi and chocolate flavor; I said

I kept looking at everybody in the shop with their partners remembering that the person I had a crush on was in love with my bestie I was sad.

That's when I saw a guy seating alone, I kept wondering if it was the same reason we both were sitting lonely.

I was lost that I didn't notice the guy was staring at me.

seem like you got a admirer; Maddie said pointing towards the guy.

No ,you just misunderstood he's not starring at me; I said

Are you sure ;Maddie asked me.

After a long time of discussion, I finally went home, it was Late.

Mom I'm back; I shouted.

Welcome back dear; my mom said busy cooking my favorite.

Was that aroma; I said sniffing.

She was never there when I needed her the most, she was always busy with work.

I showered and when back downstairs ate my food and went back to my room.

I couldn't sleep I was tossing around the bed, I watch my favorite show I'm finally fell asleep.
