1 Chapter One: The Awaken

once upon a time, there was a student name Leo Albert. Normal students but have no friends in school except his best friend, Kyla Jones. Kyla was the best student in their school, she got the highest grade of all students in the North Academy. Kyla was a kind person and caretaker to all, but Leo is silent and average. Some of his classmates jealous of him because of Kyla. Leo didn't want to fight but give them a piece of advice about Kyla's like, after that, Kyla refuse their gift and proposed. After that, his classmates approach him and beg that how to get Kyla's fall in love with them. But Leo didn't advice to his classmates and left in the classroom. Meanwhile, at the gate of the school, Kyla was waiting for him and offered to go to the coffee shop. Leo accepts it, but his best friend pinched his ear and she tells that don't tell it again to her like things. After that, they talk about it and Kyla is angry, but she forgives him and caressed his hand. After that, they went home and text each other, Leo thanks to Kyla about the coffee and they went to sleep after that. Later, Leo has a dream that something injecting in his neck and locked in the room. After many trials, their experiment was failed and they remove his memory about the experiment. He woke up in the middle of the night and he goes to the kitchen and drank a bottle of water. After that, Kyla texted him that she got a nightmare about someone who was after her life in the middle of the night. Leo replied to her that he will walk her until she gets home, Kyla agreed to it and then they go to sleep again. After that, Leo something feels different, he didn't know what he senses, when he turned off the fan, it vanished. After that, Kyla texted him. When he touched it, his cellphone charged without a cord on it, he surprised and struck about it. everything he touched, it goes on. After that, he closed his eyes and think that was just his fiction. when he opened his eyes slowly and touched everything, it is not working anymore even his phone, he read Kyla's texted and she said good morning, he replied to it and he forgets that he was late now and he hurriedly packed his things and go to school. While he's running in the street, those around him suddenly slow down, when he stopped running, it became normal. After that, he decided to ride a bus. And then, he senses it again and he was curious about it, he senses all of the electronic device even the bus so he gets off the bus early and got nausea about it. Kyla saw him and ask him what happened. Leo told her all of the things. Kyla saw her dream that Leo will see him and it did happen. Leo told her that it was just a coincidence. After that, they walk to school together. Meanwhile, their teacher in math, Ms. William gave them a short quiz but Leo didn't study yesterday. When Ms. William give the test, Leo answered it and get a perfect score. All of his classmates surprised that he got a perfect score in math. Ms. William asks him how did he get a perfect score. He said that he was computing in his mind. After that, his teacher gave him a math problem and solved it instantly. After that, his classmates asked him how did he solve it instantly, he said that he just computing the problem and get the answer. When the time to go home, he waited for Kyla in the gate and he saw with her classmates about their project and she said that she will come to her house and wave to them and approach Leo. While they were walking to the street, he asked her why she doesn't have a boyfriend. Kyla became silent and stopped walking. Leo stopped walking and saw Kyla became silent, he suddenly thought that he didn't ask for that and invite her to the coffee shop. Kyla accept it and went to the coffee shop. After that, Kyla talk about it and she said that there is a man she wants, but she was waiting for him to confess to her, but she thinks that she didn't like her. Leo just sorry for her and they left in the coffee shop, but the owner of the coffee shop sense something about them. While the walk in the street in the middle of the night, Kyla saw the playground that they used to play in it, invited him to sit in the playground cradle. They just sat with each other silently and Kyla started to talk about the man who liked him. She said that the man who likes her was him all along. They stared at each other and Leo was confused. Meanwhile, he saw a man at the corner of the playground and hide. They started to run away, but the man gets his gun and aims at them. Leo used his body to block the bullet and the man shoot. When Leo used his body to block the bullet, it became slow and saw his body sparked and the bullet vaporized by the electric field he create. The gunman wonder-struck and he shoots again. Leo blocked all of the bullets and he tells to Kyla that she needs to hide, and Kyla hide in the corner and watch. Leo talks to the gunman who hired him and why they target them. The gunman didn't talk about it and reload his gun.

Leo teleport to the gunman's back and electrocuted. The gunman is knockout and they tied to the pole. After that, the gunman woke up and tied up. When the gunman wakes up, Leo asks him again who hired him and why he target them. The gunman refused to talk, but Leo scared him that he will electrocute him again. The gunman scared and talk but he said the woman who hired him and ask to kill them and he tells them that she works in the Apex Laboratory. The most known laboratory in the world. They create the first vaccine for cancer and the most advanced military weapon. Leo feels sick and something bugging his mind and saw his dream again and collapse. Kyla panicked and call for help. When Leo wakes up, Kyla was laying on him sleeping. After that, Kyla woke up and she was happy that Leo was alive. Leo was confused about what he saw in his dream and he was concerned about it. Leo ask Kyla about the gunman, and she said that the gunman was in jailed four days ago, so he was sleeping in four days. After that, Leo asks Kyla that if she wants to go on date. Kyla accepts it and happily hugged him.
