She immediately thought this must be because of Su Kang. She stood up with grace and welcomed them.

Bai Yunxi's mother gestured for them to take a seat. She scrutinized her daughter's appearance closely and remarked,
"You have changed significantly in just one day. "
She wanted to tease her daughter, but she didn't want to embarrass her in Su Kang's presence.
Bai Yunxi has spent a lot of time in her dreams alone; because of that, she is feeling happy to see her mother again.

Madam An already guessed that she took some kind of elixir, but she was surprised that her body has become younger and her talent improved.

When she opened her eyes, she was surprised that it was already morning. She looked at him, he was still watching her.
"How was your experience? Did you face any difficulty or any problem?" He asked.
"No, my cultivation was way too smooth. I didn't even realise that so much time has passed." She answered.
"This is typical. Advanced cultivators may spend months in seclusion without being aware of it. "
"Just as you spent one day in that dream, but it felt to you as if many months had passed. "
"Cultivators often lose their perception of time during their enlightenment and cultivation," Su Kang elaborated.
Bai Yunxi nodded. Qi refining cultivators seldom lose track of time while cultivating, so this was an experience she had not encountered until now.

He prepared any necessary things and informed Madam An about their trip. If they didn't come in a few days, she wouldn't have to be worried about them.
Su Kang escorted Bai Yunxi to Rift Valley first; they dedicated the entire morning to exploring markets and various locations.
Subsequently, he guided her to nearby cities. At night, he reserved accommodations in an inn for their stay. They dined at the inn's restaurant, where numerous people were discreetly observing her.
Although she suffered a trauma because of the weird nightmare, her aura is mysterious to even Su Kang. Even her face is slightly different from before.

"Your eyes look different, but I'm sure that there are many cultivators with coloured eyes. Don't worry, you look beautiful."
He cleared her doubts. They finished their meal quickly and retreated to their room. As Bai Yunxi lay down on the bed, the sounds of the bustling city outside the window began to instill a sense of security into her.
Su Kang pulled the curtains shut, and lay beside her, holding her into his arms gently. He could feel the warmth from her body as he caressed her head.
"I have missed you," she whispered.
"I am here. You no longer need to worry. Everything is alright. " He reassured her.
Xi'er, your body was broken and destroyed, then it was reconstructed."
"That dark place aimed to break your mind, spirit, and heart, and then it continued to heal you. "
"You can view it as either an opportunity or a trauma; I want you to emerge as a new person from this experience. "
"A new individual with a resilient heart, fresh dreams, and strong determination. " He stated.
Su Kang reflected extensively on her experiences prior to reaching this
conclusion. Although he and Fate, both are uncertain of its accuracy , but he wants Bai Yunxi to be reborn from this experience.
She had never thought of it that way. The dream had been a nightmare, but perhaps there was something to be gained from it.
"Okay." She grabbed his robe tightly and closed her eyes with a relief.
