Ready?

"Ready?" said the man that sits at the passenger seat as he grinned widely while looking at her using side mirror.

"Always." with that, the man on the driver seat click on the button beside the steering, in front of him, making the hood of the car opened. Liu Ying Yue then popped half of her body with her gun aiming the cars that were chasing them. Meanwhile, the man that seat on the passenger seat shoots the cars through the car window.

Bang! Bang! Bang!

Both of them expertly shoot at the tires of the car. While taking cover at the same time to avoid getting hit. Liu Ying Yue then sit back on her seat again while reloaded her bullets.

"F*ck! There's still a lot of them!" the man in front of her cursed as he reloaded his gun.

Liu Ying Yue then looked at the man on the driver seat and said, "Can't you lose some of them? Our bullets right here limited.".

The man looked at her using the rear-view mirror. "Wear your seat-belt."

Liu Ying Yue obediently listened to the man and put on her seat-belt. The man saw her buckle up and was ready. He pressed on the gas pedal, making the car move faster than before. Even if there's a traffic light, he doesn't stop. To escape this, they all need to break the law.

"F*ck! The law!" yelled Liu Ying Yue. The young woman suddenly remembers that she was a prosecutor.

"Woman! Can't you see my brother trying to drive here?! Don't give us a heart attack by shouting like that! Goddamn, my poor heart." the man said.

Liu Ying Yue doesn't care and said, "Give me your phone."

"Woman, we are trying to survive right here-"

"Shut up! Just give me your phone!"

"Geez, fine. Here." the man gave his phone to her. With that, Liu Ying Yue dialed a number that was familiar to her. She waited for the person to picked their phone up as she bites on her thumb, nervously.

"Hello?"

"Zhang Wei!"

"Ah Yue? Why are you using an unfamiliar number-", before he could finish, the young woman cut him off. "Shut up! Right now, I want you to track this phone down and give us a route for us to escape!"

"What?! Us?! What escape-"

"Oh god! Stop asking so many questions! Just do it! We're currently between life and death! While you're on it, hack the CCTV on the parking lot, including the CCTV on the road while we're trying to escape from those f*ckers and delete it. Before you destroy the evidence make sure to make a copy of us for us to investigate later."

While Liu Ying Yue was on call. The man on the driver seat still trying to make an escape. He then swiftly turned his steering to the left and right as he trying to shook off does cars that were chasing them. Despite that, he was still calm, his face shows no emotions.

"Got it! Give the phone to the driver."

Liu Ying Yue then held the phone in front of the driver, the man then looked at her but said nothing. "He can help you make an escape. Talk to him.", urged the woman.

"On speaker.", she then put it on speaker.

"Speak," ordered Liu Ying Yue to the man on the phone.

"With the road that you're using now, in 2.5 km, there's going to be a lot of cars because of the traffic light that didn't function for the past few days. Drive your car as fast as you can in 3 minutes because that's the only chance for you to get rid of them. After that, turn left and then you can see an abandoned building. Go there and hide."

The man in the driver seat did what the man instructed. He drove the car as fast as the car can. The speed was increasing, the two passengers obviously panicked.

"Oh god! We're going to die! I don't want to die! Dear God!" screamed the man while holding on to his seat-belt tightly.

"F*ck man! That's it. I won't f*cking do this anymore!" screamed the man again.

Liu Ying Yue on the back already throw the phone away and it landed somewhere on the car. Her pale face couldn't get any pale. With a blank face, she stayed still but if you looked closely at her hands, her knuckles turned white as she's gripping the seat-belt tightly. If the seat-belt was a human, the person would die in a few seconds, that's how tight she gripped it.

Even though she was fearless a while ago. She still had something to be afraid of, such as the situation like right now.

"Sh*t!" cursed the man as he saw the situation in front of him. The situation was not like the previous one, this time, there's a lot of cars.

As the car getting closer, the sounds of a man screaming getting louder.

"Oh god-" the man couldn't even finish his words as he vomits again. Thanks to heaven, the driver was an expert, they finally could shake those bastards off.

Liu Ying Yue was still in dazed as she stared at the view in front of her while she crouched on the ground. Her brain technically couldn't function anymore. And the driver? The driver was beside her. Instead of puking or losing his soul, he leaned his body beside the car as he smoked. Even though he looked like he doesn't care about everything that was happened around him. If you pay attention, you could see he keep on glancing at the woman beside him.

Suddenly, there's a sound of phone ringing inside the car. Hearing it, she finally snapped out from her world. Slowly stood up, she opened the car's door and looked for the phone.

She then found it on the vehicle mat, looking at the phone, she knew it was Zhang Wei. She then pressed the green button.

"Hello?"

"Woman, you better explain every single sh*t.", from the tone that he was using, the man was truly mad.
