5 Black Tiger

He was taking quick steps on the vacant street. It was hard for him to see as the moon was covered by the gloomy clouds, spreading darkness everywhere. Yet it was fortunate too, as his enemy would find it troublesome to catch him in his dark attire in this dark night.

But oh boy...he didn't know who exactly he was up against.

As he was about to turn to change the lane, he noticed two silhoutes, just a few meters away.

He quickened his pace, yet the two shadows kept getting closer and closer.

Now he was certain that he was being followed. He knew how cruel his enemy could get. Just by thinking of the consequence of getting caught, his hands started shaking.

He inhaled a shaky breath and started running with all his might.

He took turns after turns. Just when he realized there were no longer footsteps behind, he stopped to catch his breath, kneeling on the ground.

He got up to run again but was faced by death itself.

One of them, was standing in front of him, blocking his way. Judging by his fierce aura, he guessed it was probably the boss.

Shit! He cursed. They used the shortcut, they were indeed the smarter one here.

He turned back to run to the opposite side but was met with the other one.

He was trapped from both sides. A line of sweat formed on his head.

Before he could think of a way to run off, he was grabbed by the collar and smashed to the ground by the boss.

He put his foot on his chest and shooted an icy glare at him, while the other one took out his gun and kneeled down to point it directly at his head.

There was no escape now...

The guy on his knees looked up at his boss, waiting for his order.

The boss looked down with the same icy glare.

"Who are you working for?" He asked.

"I-I don't know"

"Who" he put some pressure on his chest "Is" more pressure "your" more pressure "boss?"

"I don't know"

"Jihyuk- " He was about to order but was cut off.

"Y-you'll never be able to compete him...I'm just one of the many he sent after you" he sneered, still trying to be a bit brave but the crack in his voice was saying otherwise.

Hearing the words of the weak man under his wrath, the boss's lip turned up.

"Do you know who I am?" He asked.

"W-who?"

"Kim Seo-jin"

His mouth gaped at hearing that name.

Never in million lives did he think he would meet the King of the dark world.

And to have offended him? He at once realized he chose the wrong side.

"No no wait..I'll tell you...wait..."

He slightly tilted his head, indicating him to go on.

"He is the 'black tiger' "

He knowingly smirked at the confession.

"S-sir...I-I..apologize"

He took his foot off of him and turned around to leave.

"Kill him"

"N-no pl-"

*Bang*

"Hyung, as expected..it was black tiger"

"Of course, it's only him who's trying to challenge my authority in South Korea"

"Let him play...let's see for how long he hides and sends his little minions to us...Eventually he will be caught"

"Yes Hyung"

Black tiger...No one knew who he really was? How he looked? They just knew to shiver whenever they heard that name...One of the cruelest person in the dark world. The master of changing looks and spying. He was the one after them...interesting.

But no matter how ruthless or smart he was...he was still very far behind from Seojin.

Even the biggest mafias from Korea, Japan and China and from other Asian and Western countries never dared to challenge him. Yet here this black tiger was...challenging the throne of the King.

All Seojin needed to find was his true identity. And after that?

It was a child's play to remind him of his little worth.

The next day.

As planned earlier, Minsuh and Lisa went to explore the island along their classmates, under the supervision of two of their teachers.

Lisa kept an eye on Minsuh the whole time. Even if there would be a slightly bigger stone in her way, she would jump to help her out.

"It's okay! No need to be cautious of my every step"

"Nah I'm not taking any risk, not like another handsome man would appear to help you to your room. You're too heavy, I won't be able to carry...my back will break!"

"Woahhh and I thought you cared about me"

Lisa giggled as she wrapped her arms around Minsuh's.

"Come on bestie, I got you."

And just like that, they roamed through the island all day. But still only a small part of the island was covered.

In the evening, as they were thinking of retreating back to the hotel...one of their classmates Doo Sik called everyone's attention towards him.

"Guys, there's an amusement park just nearby.We should check it out today!"

But one of the professor who was very tired, declined his suggestion.

"We'll come here tomorrow, I'm sure your classmates are tired now. Not everyone is as active as me." He tried his best to control his heavy breathing while saying that.

All the students shrugged at his words.

"We're completely energetic sir!"

"If you're tired, you can tell us. We'll go back to the hotel!"

"Me? No way, I'm completely fine! I can run for miles after this!"

"Well of that's the case then let's go to the amusement park."

The professors had no choice but to follow their enthusiastic students to the amusement park.

"Guys look there's a maze, come on let's see who comes out first"  The transfer kid, Lee Xuan suggested.

"Nope, we're going back. It's too late"

"But the sun hasn't even set yet...Sir, are you perhaps tired?" Doo Sik again argued back. This

kid surely had some guts.

"No of course not!"

"..."

"Ok then, you guys can go enjoy in the maze"

"Thank you sir"

"BUT!" "Only the ones who are still energetic enough to go through the maze and then walk back to hotel can go inside!"

So in the end, most of the class ended up enjoying ice cream under the tree under the supervision of the professors while some of them decided to go in the maze.

"Don't tell me you're tired too" Lisa nudged Minsuh who was sitting on the grass.

"Of course not! Not like we go into these huge mazes everyday."

The maze was indeed huge.

There were 7 entry ways into the maze and the maze consisted of 3 levels. Blue, Red and Green.

The students in addition to finding the exits, also had to find the keys to the next level of the maze.

After settling all the rules, the students started their individual competition.

And of course, since their mission was to defeat each other, Minsuh and Lisa both went inside from different gateways.

For the sake of Lisa, she did walk into the maze...but now she was quite afraid all alone.

She walked through the different passways, meeting dead ends and then turning back, hoping to run into any of her classmates.

As she ran into another dead end, she was about to turn but something caught her attention.

She could swear she saw someone moving towards a corner.

She went towards that corner and found nothing but a small room with a " For Staff, Participant stay out" sign on the door. It must contain stuff for cleaning the maze... but the door was a bit open.

She speculated it must be Lisa or that Doo Sik idiot trying to prank her.  So she laughed and stepped inside the room.

"Hahh! Do you think you can fool me huh?"

But just as she fully entered the room and her hands reached the side wall for a light switch, someone closed the door and locked it from behind.
