3 A familiar stranger

"Y-you?" She didn't expect to see him this soon when he said 'we'll meet again'.

"We met again.." He smiled mischievously.

"We just met in the morning!"

Taeyang chuckled in his deep voice.

She almost melted hearing his chuckle, she always had a thing for deep voices.

But then she remembered it's been hours since he left

'How come he's still here? By any chance, Is he a stalker? '

'Oh no, what if he's a serial killer.'

"What?" He asked seeing her confused and startled face.

"Why are you still here?" She asked, eyeing him suspiciously.

"By any chance.....Are you stalking us?" She let out her suspicion.

Lisa smacked her shoulder at that accusation.

'Oh, she's here too.'

"Don't be rude! He helped you!"

She gave her an 'I forgot you were here ' look.

In return, she just glared at Minsuh and then put her focus on Taeyang, waiting for him to answer.

"Actually, I am also staying in this hotel."

"Ohh, that's why you knew the way so clearly," said Lisa, now understanding.

"Ahm..well..we gotta go for lunch. We missed it in the morning because of you." Minsuh blabbered, attempting to get out of there.

'Aishh..what did you just say. I swear you ramble whatever when you're hungry.' Now she was cursing herself under her breath.

"Wait because of me!?" He asked, clearly surprised. He was expecting graceful looks and here this girl just accused him of being the reason she missed her breakfast.

"N-not you..me" she whispered before running away from there, to get out of that awkward circumstance and Lisa followed her after waving him a bye.

"Wow! we just left an impression of being crazy girls."

Lisa snickered recalling the incident as they entered the dining lounge.

We definitely did.

"Crazy girls" He shrugged, grinning and went to get something to eat as he hadn't taken breakfast because of that hurdle too.

"So students! We're going on a trip tomorrow morning"

"Ooooooo"

"So you guys go and assemble your stuff! , I don't want anyone to delay the timings just because they can't find their matching sandals " Their Geography professor, Dong Wook warned, glimpsing at the girls.

"As if boys don't take time to get ready!". Minsuh muttered to Lisa, knowing how big of a sexist that professor was.

"Just because you don't take time to get ready, you think he's wrong."

"Because he is! And why are you taking his side? Aren't you my friend?"

"I'm a-"

"Y/n! Lisa!"

"Here I'm giving important instructions and you both are chattering. Go to your room right now! No dinner for you guys...I hope you learn something from that"

" Ok, perhaps you were right. He's one grumpy old man". Lisa snorted as they both lazily went out of the hall.

"Our dinner"

"Our delicious dinner"

"Our hot, flavorful dinner"

"Our spicy, savoury dinner"

"Our.."

Both the girls whined the whole way to the elevator.

Aish.!

"Ah shibal" Minsuh remembered something.

"What?"

"I forgot my phone on the table"

"Minsuh-aaaah! We've already strolled so much! Ineedtosavemyenergybecausewewon't evenhavedinner!!!"

"Yaaa I'm sorry, just take the elevator and go to our room. I'll go and quickly fetch my phone"

She patted her friend's shoulders and ran back the way they came.

Minsuh was running back after collecting her phone.

"Why is this hotel so big!!"

This time, the path towards the elevator was way crowded than before since the dinner times were over and everyone was headed towards their rooms.

"Let me see If I have everything in my bag"

She was digging through her bag while waiting for the elevator along with a bunch of other people.

A lady ran to the front of the crowd to get into the elevator first, pushing away everyone and anyone in her path.

Unluckily, Minsuh, who was too oblivious of her surroundings, checking her belongings was in her path too.

All of a sudden, Minsuh felt a strong punch landing on her back pushing her to her right to a stranger's chest.

'What really! Is today the national day of bumping into people?'

"Who pushed me??" She shouted at the now scattered crowd.

But before anyone could react, the elevator opened and the crowd of seemingly rich and mannered people hovered inside as it was an apocalypse and those people were competing for their survival, pushing her further into the man's chest.

She tightly closed her eyes and waited for her surroundings to calm.

Now that everything was quiet, she thought of apologising to the kind stranger who let her stay in his arms instead of pushing her away.

Her eyes lifted up to meet a pair of dark ones, starting back at her.

Never in her life had she seen a man so good-looking and graceful.

A strong, dark and mysterious aura was radiating from him..yet..

He seemed so familiar.

Realising that she was still very close to him, she quickly took a step back, scratching the back of her neck.

She never knew she was this cheesy to get lost in a complete stranger's eyes.

But, Was she overthinking or he was looking at her the same way? Observing her features.

'Is he staring at me?blekhh nope...I'm not attractive at all!x

She shrugged off her thoughts, assuming he was also startled...but his eyes were telling a different story.

"You've been staring for too long " She jokingly said, looking back into his eyes, in hopes to get him out of his dreamland.

Guess she accomplished her task as he broke eye contact for a brief moment and then looked at her again, clenching his jaws as his eyes darkened..this time they felt more scarier than mysterious.

She nervously smiled and bowed and started walking towards the elevator again.

She wasn't looking for any kind of trouble.

As she stepped in the elevator, he followed her inside.

She gulped nervously and pressed her floor number.

...But he didn't press any button.
