Two Years Before

Melanie sat down on the bar stool and ordered a drink, bringing out her phone to call her best friend, Her eyes caught a movement she turned to see someone sitting next to her, she observed his face, a pair of cold blue eyes that Look bed like they had snowflakes inside them, It made her want to loose herself in them,brown hair that made her fingers itch to touch them,her eyes dropped to his mouth and she imagined how they would feel against hers. A bit flustered, Melanie couldn't believe she'd allowed herself to think all of that in a span of ten seconds, She cringed inwardly 'Has it been so long since I had sex?' that she was thinking like that of a stranger, Looking away, she returned her attention back to her phone and continued waiting for her drink.

Daniel Hudson was already in a foul mood, what with loosing the Japanese Deal and the lots of thousands of dollars he had put into it to an Asian rival, After he returned from Japan that evening he had wanted to go directly to his penthouse but decided against it and drove himself to a club. He had come to the club looking to drown himself in alcohol, maybe it was him but the alcohol wasn't helping in anyway. He'd been scanning the club when his eyes darted to the door and he saw her walk in, the attraction hit him like never before, She walked to the bar and sat down. Daniel had been seeking relief from the stress and anger, and this woman might just be what he needed.

He stood and walked to the bar,sat down and ordered a Martini for himself and one for her.

'Hello', He said.

A pair of pale hazel eyes met his,a lightly glossed luscious lips,a nose that looked too small for safety with a thick mass of dark brown curls tied into a loose ponytail made up her beautiful face. She was putting on a ripped denim shorts and a low-cut top that revealed a little cleavage,paired with a checkered jacket tied to her waist. She had light makeup on and very casual clothes that were supposed to make her look like a student but she still oozed sexual appeal. Melanie replied him back with a Hi and turned to find a martini in front of her when she'd ordered a tequila. Frowning,she called out to the bartender 'Hey,I ordered a tequila not martini?'

'I hope you like martini' the voice came

from beside her, Looking at him she asked 'I'm sorry,do I know you?'

'I'm hoping we can do that...get to know each other'.

'I'm Daniel,you are?'

Melanie looked at the man that had just introduced himself, in her head she thought why this that looked like he could have anyone he wanted introducing himself to her,she wasn't drop dead gorgeous or anything so why was he here? With that thought,she replied 'I don't give strangers my name'.

'But I just told you my name' he said making a very charming face.

His voice thrilled her so much, She didn't think that a simple voice could have that effect on anyone but she was learning a lot of new things that night, First being physically attracted to a total stranger and his voice making her blush from the inside out,Melanie thought that it was going to be a hell of a night.
