Cuifen's POV

I can't feel my body any more, all I could feel is my heart beating for him and his for me

Deming: CUIFEN! CUIFEN! Can you hear me don't lose hope I will save you my love I won't let you die Cui...

I opened my eyes and tried to sit up straight and a hand helped me "Deming"

"Yes darling"

"Why am I in the hospital?"

"You aren't well that's why"

"But it was just cold"

"Yes it is don't worry, your mom and dad will arrive soon, and I'll leave I have some work at lab ok love please rest" Just then mom dad arrived, and he gave a kiss on my forehead and Deming left.

Deming's POV

After making dinner I went to bedroom to call Cuifen down when I reached I found her sleeping I tried to wake her up, but she wasn't waking up I don't know a fear ran through me, I checked her pulse, and it was low I left everything and took her to hospital.

It was then I realized I left the glass at corner of room instead of throwing it and all negative thoughts started running through my mind, and then she opened her eyes I didn't ask her about the glass but decided to go check it myself and I left as soon as her parents arrived.

The lab wasn't far away, so I hurried up and as I entered the room I saw an empty glass on the table my instincts just kicked in, and I left to see her again when I reached there she was smiling and was happy with her parents seeing her smile i for the 1st time cried I didn't want to believe, but I knew she drank it after 1 hour or so mom and dad left I went to her and kept a hand on her head and asked "love did you drink water kept in the lab?"

"Yes but why do you ask?"

"Come let's go home" I saw her face all puzzled, but I did nothing and asked nurses to let us leave, and they made the bill and did all the formalities.
