So. I guess I'll do whatever she wants. I didn't care, honestly. I was getting out of the uber, to go to her house, to give her the birthday present. I took the blue, mini elevator to the fifth floor of her building. She quietly opened the front door and pulled it open. I hugged her quickly and said "Happy Birthday. We sat down on a fabric-covered bench in front of the door. "Ok! So, what was the thing you were talking about?" She pulled out her phone from under her leg, opened it, and showed me an app: Zepeto, with a purple haired avatar as an icon. "See? You open it and then you'll text me." "Ok. Um, here's your gift!" I handed her the gray striped gift bag, full to the top. "I'll open it later," "No!" I said. "Open it now. I wanna see what you think." She began pulling things out. Lots of Chocolate. Cookies. Banana Milk, which she was super happy about. A headband, and the stickers. She was super happy and excited about the stickers. This weird ORBEEZ scented thing that was the color purple. Arielle burst out laughing. Her older sister, who went to our school and was a senior there, came to see what all the loudness was. "What's going on? You guys are so loud!" "Lola! Alice called me, asking what my favorite color is, and then she bought me this!" Ari said, between giggles, showing her older sister the scented orchid colored things.

While she and her sister chatted about the things, I got a call from my mom, telling me to meet her downstairs. I didn't know why, I could've just walked home, as our houses are not that far from each other. I told her to wait five minutes, as I would say 'bye' and leave. "'Kay, sushi?" "Hmm?" She turned her head. "I'm gonna go. But I'll get you the notebook and pens maybe tomorrow." She nodded. I said "bye." "Bye." And I left.
