Reviews of Project Animus

I can't believe how poorly the pilot chapter of this novel is made. Everything was poorly introduced especially the characters. The mc is extremely boring in my opinion; he is your typical OP protagonist in every anime troupe. Also, in the description, Art was introduced that he likes anime but the pilot chapter mentioned none of that. I will give this a chance since it's only the first chapter of the series. Hoping for more updates. but seriously, "The Evolution: The Rise of Heroes" is so much better. I simp for Clark Standford

I can't really say much for now as it is still on one chapter, but from what I read, it really lacks substance. For one, the main character Arthur seems to lack his described like of anime and in my opinion, it should be explained early on the effects of that trait. I can also see a few grammatical errors that could be fixed with a bit of editing. Still, I can see the possibility of this series complementing "The Evolution" if given more depth to the characters and also the development of the story. I look forward to seeing this continue with these in mind.

I could not follow that much in regards to the story's context, it went all over the place at some points. I didn't see any mention of the main character liking anime besides the synopsis of the story, is it an important factor in the characterization of Art (MC)? I hope this gets explained more in future chapters. Another thing is random characters kept popping off without initial introduction, but there may be a reason for this. All in all, as this is still the first chapter, any lacking details may be explained in the future updates. It has the potential to be a good story, I hope it gets better. P.S: Is there a possibility that this of a Clark Stanford crossover with this? If so, I would be very excited when it happens.
