1 Chapter 1: New School

Percy pov

Annabeth and I were sitting in a bubble in the lake at camp when I felt someone tap on the water. I looked up and saw Jason. "Come on Jason wants us." I said to Annabeth. She looked up at Jason and nodded. I pushed the bubble up and it popped as it hit the surface. "Hey Jason." I said Climbing out with Annabeth, both of us completely dry. "Hey Perce" He answered, "Chiron wants to see you. Just you" he finished. Uh oh this can't be good. "Uh ok" I said. I hugged Annabeth and walked up to the big house.

When I got there I knocked on the door and heard a "Come in!" I walked in and saw Chiron talking to hecate. "Ah yes Percy i believe you know Hecate?" He said. I bowed. "Yes I've heard about her." I answered. "Well Perseus my world is in a bit of a predicament." Hecate said. "Your world?" I asked. "Yes. A Long time ago I gave four demigods the power of magic. They spread their magic and started a school. Their names were rowena ravenclaw-" I snorted. "Helga hufflepuff" I laughed this time. "Salazar-" I laughed a lot this time. "Okay okay i'm sorry but did their parents hate them or something?" I asked. She sighed. "I think it would be better if i just blessed you." She said. "Blessed me?" I asked. "Yes it would give you the power to do magic but you wouldn't be able to be hurt by spells. Plus you would know pretty much everything about the wizarding world." She answered. "Uh sure. But why would I need it?" I asked. "Oh right well were sending you to the school." Chiron answered. ugh more school? "Fine" I answered. Hecate stood and walked over to me. She placed her hand on my forehead and started chanting in ancient greek. There was a flash of purple light and just as quick as it came it left.

"Now, Hogwarts has just gotten out of the war with Voldemort but we suspect he has risen again with the help of someone in our world." I was nodding along with this. Somehow I knew all of this. I knew every single headmaster of hogwarts. I knew how to get to diagon alley. I knew who Voldemort was. "Ok.." I said. "I need you to go to hogwarts as the new defense against the dark arts teacher. You will also be attending classes there. The teachers know of your parentage but the students are not to know." She finished. "Oh one more thing. You will be secretly protecting the golden trio." She remembered. "Okay when do we leave?" I asked, assuming Annabeth was coming with me. "Oh right. Um… It will be just… you on this trip." Chiron said nervously. "WHAT!" I yelled. Me and Annabeth have had nightmares ever since tartarus. Right after the war we would each wake up screaming in the middle of the night but soon we figured out that it's better when we sleep together so she's been sleeping in my cabin ever since. "Percy please they need you and we can't have everybody knowing what's going on." Chiron said. "NO!" I yelled and stomped out the door. Chiron and Hecate followed me. "Perseus calm down." Hecate said. "No!" I yelled. Annabeth ran up to me. "Percy, what's wrong?" She asked. "Nothing because i'm staying here." I answered glaring at Hecate and Chiron. "Percy please. We can't reveal the demigods but they need your protection." We were drawing a crowd now. "Can't Nico go or Jason or something?!" I asked. "No, you're the only one who can protect them." Hecate answered. "UGH FINE" I yelled, realising that there was no winning this. "Seaweed brain what's happening?" Annabeth asked me. "Come on." I said, pulling her to the beach. We jumped in and I made an air bubble. For a minute I sat there glaring at my hands. "Percy whats wrong?" Annabeth asked. "I'm leaving." I finally answered. "What where?" She asked. "Some place in england. And i don't know when i'll be back." I answered, anticipating her next question. "I have to protect these three teens. Their wizards and they just got out of a war. Their main enemy is back though and we think he's allianced with someone from our world." i explained. She sat there for a minute. Analyzing the data I just gave her. "Are you gonna be okay?" I asked. "Of course. I'll sleep in your cabin. It might help a little bit." She answered. "Maybe.." I trailed off. "Are you going to be okay?" She asked. I thought for a minute. "I'm not sure. I don't know what i'll do about the flashbacks but i know i'm gonna miss you." I answered. "I'll miss you too. When do you leave?" She asked. "On- Actually i forgot to ask." I said. She chuckled and shook her head. "Only you Seaweed brain." "Whatever." We spent the rest of the day in our little bubble at the bottom of the lake. Eventually we fell asleep

"Bye seaweed brain. Come back soon." Annabeth whispered as she hugged me. "Bye Wisegirl. Stay safe." I answered. We let go and I said bye to my other friends. Then I jumped on Blackjack and flew off into the sunset.

Harry pov

I was sitting in the dining hall next to ginny and talking to Ron and Hermione when Dumbledore stepped up to his podium. (We are pretending they didn't die) Everyone quieted. "This year we have a new professor for DADA. Seeing as he's late" He said glancing at the empty chair at the professor table. "I will remind everyone that The forbidden forest-" Professor Dumbledore was cut off by the sound of a horse. "Ah looks like our new professor is here." He said, looking at the doors. Just then the doors burst open and a black blur flew in. It did a couple flips and then a figure jumped off it, landing next to Professor Dumbledore. The black blur flew back out the doors before I could tell what it was. I thought I heard Professor Dumbledore mumble, "show off." The figure laughed and I studied him. He was tall and had raven black hair. He looked very strong and was well built. He was wearing a blue sweatshirt and jeans. We were sitting near the front so I could see that he had Sea green eyes. I looked at Hermione and saw her staring at him wide-eyed. She looked very surprised but also a little happy. "Hermione you good?" I asked. "What uh yeah" She said, still looking at Professor Jackson. He looked around the room, surveying the students. When his eyes found Hermione he got the same expression she had. He continued to look around and I followed his gaze. He looked in the Slytherin direction and he got the same expression. Same with Ravenclaw. "Sorry I was late. Ran into something." He apologized, as he brushed some kind of gold dust off of himself. " It's fine," Dumbledore assured him. "Students, this is Professor Jackson. He will be teaching DADA and also going to classes with the rest of you." Dumbledore said. "Now let's eat!" He concluded. Professor Jackson turned to him and they spoke for a moment before he walked over to the Slytherin table and sat down next to Draco.

Percy pov

Wow Blake, Claire, and Lily were here. They disappeared from campright after the second titan war and never came back. I turned to Dumbledore. "Sir may i sit with the students seeing as most of the time i am one?" I asked. "Of course what table would you like to sit at?" He asked. "Well if it's alright can i alternate between Slytherin, Ravenclaw and Gryffindor?" I asked. "Course." He answered. "Thank you" I left and walked to the slytherin table. I sat down next to Blake. "Sup Perce." He said. "Nothing much you?" We brohugged and while we were he whispered, "everyone knows me as Draco Malfoy." I nodded and we went back to eating. He introduced me to Pansy, Blaise, Crabbe and Goyle and we talked. We had a silent agreement that we wouldn't talk about anything parent related right now. Dinner ended and I walked out of the dining hall with Draco. "Oh by the way. Lily's name is Hermione Granger and Claires is Luna Lovegood." He said. "Got it." "Hey where are you staying?" He asked. "A separate, soundproof room in gryffindor tower." I answered. "Oh okay well see you later." "Bye" He turned and went towards the dungeon and I turned and went up the stairs towards Gryffindor tower.

When i got there Harry Potter and his friends were sitting in the common room. When they heard the portrait open they turned around. I started to walk over to the third door that said Perseus in ancient greek when they interrupted. "You're the new DADA teacher right?" Ron asked. "obviously." I said turning around to look at them. "Hi i'm Ron Weasley." He said, sticking his hand out for me to shake. I shook it and turned to the others. "Im Harry Potter." The other boy said. He watched me closely, probably expecting some kind of recognition. "Cool," I said, not really caring. "I'm Ginny weasley." The girl i didn't know said. "And im-" I cut her off. "Hermione. He told me." i explained to her. She knew who I was talking about and nodded. "Did he tell you-" "Yes," I said, cutting her off again. She smirked and shook her head. Her friends were watching our conversation with curiosity and confusion. I smirked and walked into my room. I could hear her friends questioning her.

I looked around the room and saw a blue bed with a grey carpet under it. There was a grey and blue desk on one side of the room with a brown closet door on the other side and there was also another door next to it. On the wall over the desk was a cork board filled with pictures of me and my friends. There was a note on the desk.

Percy

I designed this room for your comfort. The bed can be a water bed if you wish it to be. There is a door next to your closet. If you open it and say Poseidon is awesome it will become a pool room. If you open it and say Athena is the worst then it will become a training room. Have fun and make sure to train.

Well looks like i won't have to worry about training. I settled in and fell asleep on my new waterbed.
