My friend Russ from work just texted me.

CONFIRMED: Susan, the old woman who sold me PRION-- my book of magick-- married to Mr. Mitchell -- was definitely murdered; she was shot in the head, in her own home, at close range. Police have no leads.

Before receiving this text, my only knowledge of the murder was my communication with Mr. Mitchell's ghost.
