A beast tamer was someone who dedicated their life to keeping them as pets.
Their were many types of beast tamers. Like those who fought for humanity at the borders, those who simply owned them for fun, or even those who pursued a career of entertainment with them.
The goal was to strive to be the strongest!
And though he possessed above average talent, he never went and got a pet, as his other passion of teaching overshadowed his desire to own one.
He simply just did not have enough time to properly train a beast AND be a professor at a prestigious academy.
And so he gave up on this, untill now!
Now that he had lost his job, their was nothing except his job records and his knowledge left from that era of his life! Nothing to stop him!
Alright, I better choose a beast with good starting abilities and evolution prospects.
Even though one could contract multiple pets through their soul, and cancel contracts at will, it was a waste of time for him to contract a weak beast if he was to leave it quickly, evolving them better matched his personality instead of abandoning them.
I have about 25,000 in my bank, that should be enough for something good
He was excited, genuinely excited after so long in his life.
He made his way to his room and put on a fresh set of clothes, putting on his 'smart watch'.
A smart watch was a piece of revolutionary technology that could be said to be a computer on one's wrist.
As he fiddled with it, going through his contacts for anything useful and failing to do so, he found an unkown program.

I selected the first option, and the previously 'locked' portion glowed, changing into the benefit.
The library of beast knowledge was very compatible with me. It was a huge reservoir of beast related knowledge and techniques, which would greatly help me in the future.
Though it did not give me battle techniques or cultivation methods like the Realm, or directly benefit me and my pets like the Runic Dimension, it did go well with me.
Battle techniques without strong pets will leave me stagnated in cultivation, and even the perfect environment without me properly utilizing it would leave me and my pets only with somewhat high cultivation.
Ofcourse only pet knowledge would cause my personal strength to stagnate, I could simply just get carried hard by my pets!
I immediately went and activated this ability.

It felt like my whole body passed through the clouds as I ended my in a gigantic library of sorts.
I quickly glanced at everything.
