8 Going to the Final audition?

"Jun-ah… Jun-ah…"

As Jun opened his eyes, he saw his mother before him and realized there's sunlight entered the room. "It's already morning?"

As Jun slowly sat on his bed, feeling sleepiness, his mother shook his shoulders, "wake up, quickly. Someone is waiting for you in the living room."

"For me?" *Yawn* "Is it again that girl from the hospital? Ah!" Realizing he blurted out such disrespectful words, he quickly corrected himself, "I mean, is it Somi-sunbae?"

Upon hearing Jun corrected himself, the frown on Sa-Eun disappeared before she scolds him, and she answered, "No, it's a producer from Genesis Entertainment. He said that his name is Teddy Park."

"Producer Teddy?" As soon as he heard the familiar name from the past life, the sleepiness completely disappeared from his face, and Jun quickly stepped down before walking out of the room in a hurry.

Taking a look at him, the famous producer in his late thirties spoke, "you must be Han Sung-Jun. Nice to meet you."

As Jun greeted him with a bow in return, Teddy took out a golden-star badge from his pocket, "sorry to disturb you early this morning but I'm getting late for the audition. YG-nim called me and said to give this to you."

"Huh?" Jun was taken aback in shock and widened his eyes and asked, "seriously?"

"Eh?" This time, it was Teddy's turn to be surprised as he saw Jun's emerald eyes. He pointed towards it and said unconsciously, "your eyes…"

Only then, did Jun remember that he forgot to put on contact lenses, and admitted casually, "I was born with it…"

"Ah, natural green eyes... now, everything makes sense," Teddy nodded making an aloof expression and misunderstanding that his former boss might be doing a favor to give a chance to Jun as he knew YG prefers looks very much and he has done such things like giving more chances to handsome/beautiful trainees in the past.

After all, it doesn't make sense that a candidate who failed in auditions can't skip the next two rounds and enter the final auditions, directly.

After such a thought appeared in his mind, Teddy spoke nonchalantly as he put the badge in Jun's palm, "Congratulations for making it to the finals. I hope you work hard and prove your worth."

Without hearing Jun's reply, he turned around and walked out of the apartment, leaving Jun in a daze as he stared at the badge.

"Hahaha…" A loud laugh escaped from Jun all of a sudden, startling his mother for a second while losing control over the body as the old Jun's instincts kicked in.

Looking at his mother, he showed it to her, not controlling his happiness, "mom, did you see that? This is real, right? I thought I failed the audition but instead, I was sent to the final auditions."

*Creak*

"Ugh, Oppa! What are you making ruckus early in the morning…" *Yawn* Dahyun stepped out of the room in her Charmander pajama with closing her eyes.

But, soon, her sleepiness was replaced by a scream as her cheeks were caught by Jun, who was excited about the happy news in the morning, "I passed the audition…"

As he pinched her cheeks and stretching them in happiness, not minding her struggle to get free, she tried kicking his leg a couple of times before calling for help with a scream, "Eow… wmma (Mom)…"

"Jun-ah, stop bullying her…" A stern voice from his mom quickly brought Jun control over his senses and quickly, he released the hand to see her pale cheeks turned red. "Well…" Jun fell silent in embarrassment.

Rubbing her cheeks, Dahyun pouted, "yesterday, you didn't even bother to stay awake. I thought I would introduce them. And today, you spoiled my sleep… I'm not talking to you. Hmpf…"

As she turned around and scurried into her bedroom, Jun went back to the memories and let out a comment with a smile, "cute… Looks like she hasn't changed a bit."

"Jun-ah…" Upon hearing the call from behind, the smile on Jun quickly froze and his body quickly reacted with a reply before her question arrives, "Ah, it's not on purpose."

But, instead of scolding, Sa-Eun let out a sigh and spoke, "go and brush your teeth. I'll prepare breakfast."

As Jun nod and walked towards his room, once again, he was called by his mother.

"Jun-ah…"

"Yes?" Jun turned around and saw a smile on his mother, "Chukahae" (Congratulations)

Jun grinned in response, "gomaweoyo" (thanks).

Three weeks later, 10.p.m.

A couple was walking together, linking arms. As they about to pass through a music store, the lady spoke, "Oppa, did you hear that? It's strange, isn't it?"

Listening to the song that stops and replaying the same part again, the man shrugged his shoulders, "well, the owner must be practicing after closing the store. Let's just leave. Or people will think we are suspicious."

The couple went on their way.

Meanwhile, inside the store, Jun rewinds the part again and continued to dance.

*Ding. Your dance skill improved by 0.1

*Ding. Your dance skill reached the recommended level of an idol. You receive 50 credits as a reward.

"Phew." Wiping off his sweat, Jun lies on the floor to take rest while taking heavy breaths. "Finally, my dance reached a certain standard set by the system.

To improve these 0.7 points, if I need to spend nearly 90 hours of practice, I wonder how long it will take for me to maximize it. Once I get into an agency, should I invest the free talent point into dance?

Anyway, there are only a few days left. Let's see if I can buy anything else… Aria, open the store."

Two options appeared on the holographic screen. Jun clicked on Audio music, and a list of songs appeared.

"Hmm, with the reward, now I have a total of 290 credits. Once I finished tomorrow's daily mission, I'll have 300 credits. Should I choose 3 songs or should I go for a big one? Hmm…"

Thinking for a while, he searched for the song he was previously interested in, three weeks ago.

*Ding. 100 credits have been deducted.

*Ding. You bought, "What 2 Do" audio song. Please check the inventory.
