1 A New Beginning

In a stormy night, mad laughter can be heard in an apartment. "HAHAHAHAHA, this is the best anime of all!"

A loud cry of excitement was heard." In a small apartment room, a college student sat at his desk in front of a computer laughing.

"One piece is truly the number one anime of all time!", this lunatic is Ye Chen. A jobless college student who was obsessed with anime to the point where anime was the only thing he did.

"Man I'm hungry as hell. I better get something to eat before I . . . " Ye Chen was stun by the state of the mini-fridge when he opened it.

"Sighhh, I better hurry up and go buy some food before the next episode of one piece starts," said Ye Chen as he ran out of his apartment in a hurry. He started to run down the stairs until his feet slipped on the wet staircase.

"Bang!" That was the last thing that Ye Chen heard before blacking out.

Ye Chen slowly became started to wake up.

"Uh-uh, w-what happened?"

"Did I fall down the stairs?"

"Wait, where am I?" said Ye Chen as he became conscious of the world around him. "Where is this place?" Ye Chen then heard the sound of running water, so he hurries as to where the sound originated.

He was surprised by what he saw.

A massive waterfall sprang down to a lake full of lotuses.

What he saw was a scene that looked like it came from a fantasy. He slowly walked towards the lotus lake to have a closer look, but as he glanced at his reflection on the water, he was shocked to see his appearance was completely different from what it originally was. His formerly short black hair has become long and silver. While his facial features changed and looked like a handsome immortal fairy from the nine heavens.

"Wait for a second, this is not me. This is not my face. How is this possible." said Ye Chen in confusion.

Ye Chen tries to recall what happened to him but there was no use all I can remember was that loud bang before he blacked out. He's going to realize that the cause of the loud sound was him falling down the staircase.

"I should have died from such an accident, but I am still alive how is that possible! the only explanation for all of this is that transmigration theory. Yes, I really did transmitting it out would explain why I look so much different than I did before. This world must be some sort of magical based world. this may seem very exciting it's very dangerous for me to stay at the same spot for too long. I must find food and shelter I will leave the thinking for later now I worry about survival."

As Ye Chen was deep in thought he heard a loud roar.

Hearing the terrifying roar Ye Chen snapped right back to reality. Ye Chen found himself in a confrontation with a massive black wolf. The black wolf looked injured with many sword wounds all over its body.

Ye Chen started to panic and immediately ran away.

"What the hell is that monster it looks like a wolf of some kind and why is it endangered, I better run before that wolf takes me as its next meal." Ye Chen ran away in horror from the black wolf as it chased him.

The wolf which seems to be injured in a bit crippled chased after Ye Chen till they reached a cliff.

"huh, damn you why won't you just leave me alone I didn't do anything to you." said Ye Chen as he was breathing heavily."

Since I was given a second chance in life I will never let this chance slip through, and you black wolf don't think I'm a free meal. There is no way in hell I'll let you beat me." said Ye Chen is he smiled like a mad man.

The black wolf soon became impatient and prepared itself. It then jumped as if it wanted to devour Ye Chen in a single gulp. In response to the wolf's actions, Ye Chen immediately bent down to avoid the wolf that lounged itself at him in pure desperation. the black wolf soon fell down the cliff to its doom. The frightened Ye Chen realized what had happened and went down the cliff will have the look. He found that the black wolf how to feel on a sharp broken tree trunk which had impaled him at the heart. Ye Chen stared at the corpse of the dead wolf and started to vomit his guts out.

Then once again lost consciousness.
