1 SURPRISE CREATION GOD AND SYSTEM

A man in his late thirties was walking down the street with the rain pouring down on him.
He was wearing what looked to be a once black business suit that is now faded grey. This man is obviously Tian Dapo (roughly translating into "Heaven Break"), although a domineering name he looks like a beggar you would see in the bad parts of town.
If you would look closely at him Tian was actually quite handsome with scarlet eyes, a naturally rough abyss deep black hair that looks like a crow's nest and a face that of a Greek God. However, if you'd gaze into his eyes you would see them as lifeless.
Tian has been ridiculed and bullied his entire life even in some of his jobs. He lost his parents at the tender age of 7 and has been in the orphanage until 16 when his education was finished and he was kicked out. Feeling absolutely nothing as he crosses the street with traffic lights red, abruptly a blinding flash of light comes from his right and the rumbling of tires of a bumpy road. As Tian turns his head to look at the car that is about to run him over with a smile that is almost never seen unless he is indulging in his hobby 'Finally, sweet release from this hell', and a loud noise of bones cracking and meat being squished.

Closing his eyes Tian heard his last moments on this earth of a man shouting down his phone on what is presumed to be the ambulance.
Alas, it was too late for Tian has already closed his once and for all.

A refreshing wave washes over me like a cool and gentle caress of the wind.
Tian: 'Alright, where am I and who are you and where are you cause I can't see you?'
???: "Well, young one you are in the Primordial Void of Creation and as for who I am you can deem to be as in your human's word the God of All Creation the most powerful being ever seen in the entirety of the omniverse and as for the reason you can't see it is because you are in soul form right now, you only have consciousness not having any of the senses!" a powerful and prideful voice boomed
Tian: 'What! So you are a God of Creation huh that is pretty f****** awesome, although I don't know what the Primordial Void of Creation is it sounds powerful just like in those Wuxia and Xianxia novels!'
GOAC: *chuckle* "You sure are an excited soul for being here for trillions of years"
Tian: 'Yeah! It has..... did you say trillions of years!'
GOAC: "Yes I did indeed, I am very sorry that I neglected you over the trillions of years that I governed the universe!" a regretful tone sounded out
Tian: '.....'
GOAC: "Hey I am really sorry for forgetting about you okay. At least think of the benefits, for a mortal soul to stay here in the Primordial Void of Creation! Your soul has already been strengthened innumerable times! So much so that I can feel that even my soul is somewhat weaker compared to yours!" said the God of All Creation in an effort to try and cheer up the soul named Tian
Tian: *sigh* 'Well it's spilled milk so no use arguing about it' *sigh*
Tian: 'But I do expect some compensation, alright like wishes!'
GOAC: "Yes of course, with the strength of your soul you are able to take on many gifts, by the way, you also have 3 wishes"
Tian: 'Nice well can I wish for unlimited wishes!'
GOAC: "Well yes you can, but I'm going to have to set a limitation where you can wish for a single thing in a year and only when you turn 6, is that okay with you?"
Tian: 'Of course it is, I actually didn't think that I would be able to wish for unlimited wishes! My second wish is to have talent and potential surpassing you The God of All Creation'
GOAC: "Well now this is interesting, I guess I am going to see you someday, aren't I?"
Tian: 'Exactly I will become as strong or even stronger than you!'
GOAC: "I look forward to it! Now, what is your third wish?"
Tian: 'Right, my third wish is to have a system which contains everything in all of the omniverse!'
GOAC: "Hmm, this is slightly difficult, nevertheless... alright there done now if you are done I'm going to send you to a cultivation world."
Tian: 'Wait, can I pile up wishes with the limiter?'
GOAC: "No, otherwise when you are reborn as a baby you'd just be able to wish to become the strongest being in the universe, multiverse and finally the omniverse."
Tian: *nervous laughter* 'Yeah I guess so, hahaha'
GOAC: "Well then if nothing else I am going to send you on your way."
Tian: 'Yep there is nothing else I wish to ask of you so you can send me on over to the cultivation world so I can dominate it!' said Tian with confidence oozing from his voice
GOAC: *hearty laughter* "Yeah, I expect great things from you Tian Dapo!"
Tian: 'Of course, see ya then have fun, or whatever you do to pass your time!'
As soon as Tian finished speaking his soul started to fade away to be reborn in an infants body and one day dominating the entirety of the Omniverse.
Meanwhile, the God of All Creation has a faint smile on his face.
GOAC: "Since you had such a terrible experience of life in your previous world Tian, I'm going to let you become the only heir to the most powerful Clan in the strongest Universe."
GOAC: "I hope you will live a happy life Tian" said the God of All Creation as his body fades away into the Primal Void of Creation once more.
