6 Hidden Message

Genesis sighed and took out her phone from her purse.she then called her doctor back."Doctor Lee I apologize for hanging up the call abruptly." Genesis told her doctor.

"No worries dear.I just wanted to check in on you,since you suddenly canceled our appointment this week." Her doctor is a very good friend of hers and her brother's. "Oh yes….Umm is it fine if we reschedule for next week.You know the only reason I'm doing this is for my brother.I feel fine.Two years is more than enough to recover!" She said with fake excitement.

"Well then it's always better to be safe than sorry.I'll call your brother and tell him it's not necessary to do a check up on you this week."He answered knowing she is perfectly healthy."Thank you.." Genesis mouthed.

"Take care of yourself Genesis." Then they hung up.

Genesis sighed thinking about the past.Her thoughts were interrupted by the growling of her tummy.Genesis groaned."Right my lunch…."She complained.

"Then I guess I came at the right time." When she heard a male voice Genesis instantly snapped her head towards him."Jason!" She called out.

Jason chuckled and patted her head.He placed down two lunch boxes on the table and moved a chair from the other desk to hers."Come on let's eat!."She said grinning and took one of the lunchboxes.Jason shook his head and did the same.

"What brings you here?" Genesis asked and took a portion of the spaghetti.There was rice,spaghetti,meatballs and a tomato salad.One of her favorite dishes.She would always mix different kinds of foods together and make weird combination and this one is a very common one she eats."Hmm I heard big brother went to eat lunch so I thought I would Join you guys but I didn't think he would go dating instead".He answered giving Genesis a glance.

Genesis shrugged."It's my fault.Your mother complained to me last week telling me to make sure he eats.I didn't expect her to show up.I was very irresponsible."Genesis lowered her head and continued eating."Why irresponsible?"He questioned.

"Because I'm his assistant I should have had everything planned.I forgot to check up on the third most important female in his life apart from your mother and sister." Genesis uttered,Her heart clenched at her own words but she didn't allow it to show.

" Is that what you think?" Genesis froze.Jason looked up to see his brother and smirked."Big brother.What happened to you're DATE?" He asked. Aiden shot him a glare making him instantly shut up.

Genesis chuckled nervously."P-president I apologize for my recklessness.I honestly had no idea she would arrive at the S city today." Genesis stood up and lowered her head hoping not to get scolded.

Aiden gritted his teeth."I asked you a question." He told her referring to what he had asked earlier.Jason sat down and started eating letting the Drama unfold.

"Uh...right yes as your personal assistant I must make sure to be aware of the people around you especially the…..important ones." Genesis answered her voice neutral. She looked straight into his eyes.

Jason's eyes winded.He started coughing.Genesis looked down at him and patted his back.Jason stared at Genesis as if he were looking at an idiot. Because of course that is what he saw!

Only an idiot like her would not understand the meaning of his brother's words.

A hurt look passed through Aiden's eyes.He placed his hands in his pockets and scoffed.He then turned around to leave.

'So she doesn't even see herself in my life huh.' He slammed his office door shut with that thought in mind.

Genesis frowned."Did I say or do anything wrong?" Jason felt like he would cough blood at the moment."Heh Gen get me a glass of water will you.."

Genesis nodded and ran to the Coffee room.She opened the refrigerator and took out a cold water bottle.She took a glass cup and placed the water inside it.She then handed it to Jason.Jason took a sip and calmed himself down.

"Hah I give up. Bae you were right.The difficulty only increased without you!"Jason confessed.Genesis frowned."Bae?" Jason nodded."You mean Bae Miller your mysterious twin sister?" Jason nodded again.

Genesis went through her memories and realized she doesn't have any except from the information every other person knows .Bae Miller the eldest daughter of the Miller family also the oldest Twin sister of Jason Miller.She left home just like her brother to pursue her passion for art.Her family is very supportive but the problem was that Aiden Miller had already ran off somewhere so having another child do the same was unacceptable for the Miller couple.

In the end Bae Miller ran away without letting anyone know.But personally Genesis had yet to meet her.

"What do you mean by difficulty level?" Genesis asked."Never mind. Just enjoy your lunch I will go talk to my brother." Genesis shrugged and continued her food.

Jason on the other hand sulked.He and Bae have always been competitive and they had once placed a bet.Basically they would take turns on matchmaking Aiden and Genesis. Since Jason succeeded in getting them to meet he got arrogant and declared that he did not need Bae to help him set the lovebirds up. In the end after getting them to meet at ages of 16 and 18 and then again at 21 and 23 he never accomplished to get them any closer.

He thought by having the Smith couple on his side he would manage to get them together but this did not work out as planned .Dejectedly he entered his brother's office and slumped down on the sofa.

"Life is depressing.As depressing as my brother's love life….."He uttered with no precaution whatsoever.He simply let his mouth run." But brother isn't this your fault? Pfft wanting to keep your 'image' and now all she sees you as is her cold scary boss ha ha ha"

Aiden placed the documents on his hand down and glared at his younger brother."You seem to be free nowadays."

"Well as in now sure but you know how kind I am.I even took on the task of setting you up with my best friend's oldest sister (Ethan Smith). You must want to thank me right?" Jason asked and puffed his chest up in pride. Aiden nodded."Hmm a trip to Uncle's farm shall be your reward."

"No no brother! I-" Jason instantly got up but Aiden interrupted him."No need to thank me.You can leave now and reject your gift or stay here and accept it." Aiden told him with a small smile.Jason laughed nervously."He he I would but I would feel bad for leaving my older brother alone…."

Jason shut the door quickly and left."Bye Gen~" He shouted and disappeared.Genesis lifted an eyebrow but nonetheless she went back to her food
