79 Chapter 79 : Battle - Impossible

Both sides clashed against each other, with the sounds of screaming, smacking, grunting, booms, explosions, vibrations, and blasting sounding off in the entire area.

Nine was running beside Duri, watching Duri dash around enemies with his shadow swords, swiftly twisting them around his back and head to cut the bodies up of the enemies.

Nine thought, 'He's weary..he's been fighting hard before we got here..I have to help out a little..for my little brother.'

Nine exclaimed to Duri, "Duri! Merge with my power!"

Duri looked at Nine, "Why?"

"Can you please just do it?!"

"Alright.."

Nine and Duri locked hands, and electricity surrounded Duri.

Duri had black, green, and white lighting around him and his hands and hair. Duri was zooming around the battlefield quickly, blasting large shots of lightning at enemies, and he even jumped over a group of enemies and punched the ground hard, making loud blasts of lightning shoot up from the ground, causing the ground to split.

Duri turned around, and Nine ran up beside him.

They both said at the same time, "Godspeed."

Duri and Nine blazed one time through a giant horde of Kin's soldiers, and the ground split more, a shot of wind blew out, and lightning shot everywhere, the force of that move ripped apart many enemy soldiers.

Nine started to cough up blood, but Duri asked her, "What's wrong?"

"Everytime I use that move, I'm wounded from the inside. It heals a few minutes later, but it fucking hurts."

"Then don't do it again. You're already strong enough. Now let's keep fighting!"

"Yokai, little brother!"

Nine zipped over to the left in quick speed, punching enemies away with lightning punches, and she dodged attacks with her speed, jumped over her opponents, and kicked them in the top of the head with a lightning punt.

"Take that, bitch!"

She then did a 360 jump and threw a lightning star at a couple of the statue angel looking enemies.

Nine then leaped into the air, and she started to run around the air, drawing a star with her lightning from her speed. She then zipped above the drawn star, and she punched the middle of it, and a beam of electric white and green energy shot down and massarcared a majority of the enemies in her area.

She grunted as she held her fist there, 'Got..them!'

Kazuma and Ren-Ren were standing together and fighting; Kazuma was in the same form he used to fight Tek in the exams. His hair was literally fire, with yellow fire eyes, and pale skin with fire on his arms.

Kazuma dodged power blasts from the enemies, and he put both hands on the ground. He was doing a handstand, and he started spinning fast like a helicopter, and fire was swirling everywhere around him. The fast spinning was creating a large typhoon of fire around him, devouring enemies everywhere.

Outside that fire typhoon, Ren-Ren was teleporting everywhere around it, using his Katana to slice enemies down with maximum effort.

Ren-Ren was about to be blasted in the chest by an incoming red beam, but he blocked it with his sword, sending it back to blow up against a pile of statue enemy soldiers.

Many soldiers came to Ren-Ren with katana's too, waving them around with a glowing aura around them. They began to disperse, swiftly moving around Ren-Ren to try and get a good hit on him.

They all rushed in at once, slamming their swords at all angles on Ren-Ren.

Ren-Ren was looking down at the ground, but he blocked all the attacks with his sword easily. He stood still in one place, still blocking the incoming sword attacks while standing still.

He said, "How annoying."

Ren-Ren spun around five times past the enemies while holding his sword out, and a large wind of dust moved away from the blow, slicing the enemies in half around him.

Kazuma stopped spinning, and when he stood up straight, he saw enemies running at him from different sides.

Kazuma says, "Ren-Ren!"

Ren-Ren turned to Kazuma, and Kazuma blasted a line of fire at him. Ren-Ren raised his sword up, and it deflected the line of fire, and Ren-Ren turned the sword around and around, and Kazuma's fire was destroying the enemies that were trying to get at them.

Eight Minotaurs with metal glowing spikes in their first and body rushed in and slammed against Kazuma, knocking him backwards and making him bleed across the ground.

Kazuma yells, "Agh!"

He thought, 'I couldn't even trace them! They're really really fast. I have to get in close, they're preparing to rush at me again the same way. I have to teach them first!'

Kazuma stood up and flipped to the right as a Minotaur fist slammed beside him on the ground hard.

Kazuma and Minotaurs were punching each other brutally, moving around the area fast while they traded blow for blow.

One of the Minotaur said, "Oh? Looks like we have a tough one!"

Kazuma answered, "You're…you're..damn right! Oh my goodness I just cursed!"

Kazuma jumped backwards, made a giant fireball form in the middle of his hands, and he grabbed it with both hands. He dashed forward at the Minotaurs, spun around through the air like a twisting diamond, and he smashed the fire on them, blasting them away.

Kazuma then started to grow into a very tall fire figure like he did in the exams, holding a fire sword, and he went to work.

Ren-Ren had small red portals opening around him, and katana swords came flying out, stabbing through incoming enemies.

Just then, a 15 foot knight with red and black armor had two 10 foot heavy swords, and he dropped near Ren-Ren.

Ren-Ren said, "Lame costume by the way.."

The knight responded, "This is no time for jokes, brat. I will show you the true art of sword wielding."

"This sword is a part of me. It's been with me since I was born, peasant. Give it your best shot."

The knight leaped forward in quick speed, cutting Ren-Ren across the eye.

Ren-Ren screamed in pain as he lost one of his eyes, and blood spilling out onto the ground.

The knight swung again, but Ren-Ren leaned back to dodge it, and he swung at the knight's face. The knight blocked it with his swords, and Ren-Ren let his sword go, and jumped back.

The sword exploded, blasting the knight back a few feet.

The knight thought, 'He let go of his sword and made it explode in front of me, buying himself time…'

Ren-Ren shot out from the dust, and punched the knight in the helmet, blasting him a few feet away on the ground.

The knight asked, "How the hell are you able to fight with one eye? How could you be so determined?!"

"I'm not."

Ren-Ren made his sword come back to his hand without touching it, and the knight swarmed at him fast.

A tornado made out of katana blade pieces swarmed around Ren-Ren, and the knight stopped in his tracks.

'This brat..covering himself up in there! I have to draw him out! But how?'

Suddenly, all around the knight, red portals opened.

'The same move from before?! I gotta move!'

Katana blades began to shoot from the portals, and the knight was zipping around fast to dodge it, and he knocked some away with his own swords.

He was trying his hardest not to get hit, barely dodging the swords.

Immediately, Ren-Ren fell in front of the knight, ramming his Katana on top of the knight's head.

Blood leaked out of the knight's helmet, and Ren-Ren said, "I'm not determined. But if everyone else is fighting for the right thing..then I'll join those commoners. I couldn't see it at first when fighting, but after meeting Kin, my perspective has changed a little. I'm still fucking batshit crazy though."

Ren-Ren sliced the head off with one quick turn, making the head fly up in the air.

That head was caught by Tek's chains, and Tek made his chains move the head around, making it bash against other enemies' heads, crushing their skulls.

The enemies said:

"That boy is crazy!"

"He's taken out half of our men!"

"He's only one kid! What's he against all of us?!"

Tek said to them, "That strategy usually never works."

While Tek's chains that were connected to his back were bashing the knight's armored head against the enemies around him, Tek made his chains form around his arms and fists and entire body.

More chains came from Tek's back, and those chains were moving super fast around him like Ren-Ren's slashes.

Enemies couldn't even get near Tek, bodies were flying everywhere while Tek just stopped still.

One soldier tried to run away, but Tek slung a chain at his body, yanked him in close, and punched him in the stomach, blowing a giant hole in it. Tek then used that body as a quick shield, and used it to block 10 glowing golden spears and axes.

Tek still held the body up in front of him as golden armored soldiers with golden horses were coming at him.

Tek threw a chain through the hole of his body shield, and once it got close to the soldiers, the chains formed a wall.

"What?!"

"A damn wall"

Chain spears and chain axes came from the chain wall, and it ripped the golden soldiers apart.

Tek ran forward some while avoiding enemy attacks, but then he was hit by a thin yellow beam, and it shattered his chain armor.

Tek thought, 'It broke my chains?'

Tek fell back far on the ground, and another thin beam shot at him. It hit him across the cheek, scarring him there, and making his face burn.

Tek screamed, "Agh!! Fuck!"

Tek was blasted in the back a few feet, and it knocked Tek forward.

Tek was then being jumped by other soldiers, they tried breaking his chain armor with their powers and weapons.

Tek turned around and saw Butler in the sky, figuring he was the main one shooting the beams.

Tek thought, 'I guess it's him then. Those beams can shatter my armor, it's nothing to be underestimated. I gotta cover myself and get up there with him. I just gotta hold out until he shoots a bigger beam. Is he holding back because of the enemies around me? Trying not to hit them? Either way..I need him to shoot a bigger one..'

Tek zapped away from the other enemies, and he ran across the war zone filled battlefield again.

Butler says, "Why do you run? Are you seeing the differences in our power already? You and your friends made a mistake coming to challenge Queen Kin. We will kill you all."

Tek responded, "I'm guessing this is your first day meeting Kin. And you're already this loyal to that woman."

"It is my duty and birthright."

"Seems like you're not hitting on too much though! Those beams you're shooting are boring the hell out of me. If it was your natural birthright to serve the queen, wouldn't you go all out for her? Wouldn't you do..whatever the fuck it takes?

Butler paused for a moment, and then he shed a tear, saying, "You're right..I should kill you with all my power..not just a little. That..is the right way to show my honor. Thank you, for showing me that I'm capable of much more than half assed power."

Tek instantly ran to the left, and Butler shot a larger beam at Tek. Tek slid on the ground and used his chains to grab dozens upon dozens of enemy soldiers with diamond and golden armor on, and he used his chains to pull them in and cover him.

The beam hit them, and there was a large and loud explosion, and multiple bodies were knocked into the air, flying all around Butler.

Butler grinned, thinking, 'I..am worthy of being the queen's butler.'

Dashing past one of the flying bodies around Butler, was Tek. Tek thought, 'The heavy layers of strong armor are unbelievably tougher than my chains. Which wasn't supposed to deflect the beam, but keep me unharmed at the bare minimum. It was faster that way, making different layers of chains would've made me even more tired, and would've made me form them slowly. Now would be good to attack, letting him think he's gotten me, he'll appreciate himself and become distracted.'

Tek rushed at Butler from behind, and he formed more chains on his fist, and he punched the back of Butler's head.

Butler gasped and coughed up blood, and Tek darted downward, smashing Butler's head into the ground, making the ground rumble from the impact.

Tek made chains quickly wrap around Butlers neck before he could react, and twisted Butlers neck around in a circle, ending him.

Tek stood up, dodging more enemies' attacks, thinking, 'No time to rest. Gotta keep fighting until Kin is dead.'

Riding on Duri's shadow dragon were Espen, Jiyu, and Shiryu.

Jiyu was on top of it, shooting super powerful rockets down at the enemy without ease, saying, "You think Duri minds if we borrow his dragon that he just threw out?"

Espen responded, "Apparently not. Since his shadow dragon isn't attacking us and letting us ride on him, I guess it means.."

Shiryu finished, "Duri likes us."

"Well, that's one way to put it."

Jiyu smiled, "I'm glad he does. So whenever Duri tries to deny it, this is proof enough."

Espen looked down the shadow dragon, and she exclaimed, "I'll be back!"

Jiyu asked, "Good luck and kick butt!"

Espen jumped off the shadow dragon, and at least 60 enemies were jumping at her from below, they were trying to reach the dragon at first.

Espen formed a staff in her hand, and she said, "You guys won't need medical attention for what I am about to do. That sounded cooler in my head. Nevermind."

Immediately, Espen in those 60 enemies were in her domain.

Those enemies were in a giant black pot, and Espen was standing on top of a tall black mountain.

Espen said, "The smell of burnt flesh intrigues me a little."

The enemies tried to get out of the pot, but it became slippery for them. They even tried leaping out, but pools of heavy lava would come flooding in, trapping them at the bottom of the pot, burning them.

Espen laughed, "This is how I played with my action figures when I was a kid."

The soldier screamed as they were being burned and melted, leaving off a stench.

Back in the real world, Jiyu and Shiryu were fighting off enemy soldiers that were trying to reach the shadow dragon.

The shadow dragon was eating enemies, but some enemies got past him.

Jiyu was flipping over their power attacks, sliding and spinning on the dragon's back, shooting them off the dragon with red bullets from her rifle.

Shiryu was dodging sword attacks with a straight face, saying, "Very..slow."

Shiryu grabbed the wrists of the two soldiers that were attacking him, broke their arms, plucked their foreheads with his fingers, and they blasted at least 122 feet back off the dragon.

Jiyu looked at him, "You..can do that?"

Shiryu responded, "I can only copy moves, but when under pressure, I can..fight a little. I think…I'm pretty strong."

"Good job!"

"You..too."

On the ground, Seven was plowing through the enemies with purple orbs, running as fast as Nine could run.

Seven evaded many of the enemy's attacks, flew into the air, raised her hand, and allowed purple energy to grow into a 70 foot orb.

Seven said, "Now this..is for hurting Duri."

Seven threw the orb down, and it blew up on the enemies, decimating them in complete terror, splattering their remains all over the ground.

Seven landed on the ground again, and she saw more enemies running at her. Seven started to make her arms and fists grow, and when she did that, she started to punch the ground around her over and over. The ground in her section glowed purple, making parts of the ground come up, along with some enemy soldiers.

Seven started to dash back and forth from the rising rubble pieces she knocked up, and each time she zipped from one to another, she ripped the head off one soldier. She did this at least forty times in a row, and right after, purple lighting came from the sky, and it struck through the enemies around her.

In the sky again, Kin was surrounded by 10 Judges, including Judge Akio and Judge Hanna.

The Judges were teleporting around her, and each time they did, beams of white light would shoot at Kin.

Kin would dodge these attacks by teleporting around the sky.

Kin said, "Judges. Those who act as a message system and bridge for the humans and earth to the Titans; Judges, able to fight against Titans with their powers of light, but would eventually lose because of power endurance. Why..Judges..do you interfere?"

Judge Akio responds, "Why wouldn't we? Traitor! You were chosen!"

"I didn't betray any of you. I only became a Host so I could make the Hosts my diamond statues. And now that I have it, you dare…ruin it?"

Anna answered, "Why wouldn't we join this fight? You took what was important to us!"

"Hosts? Important to you? Oh please. Don't lie to me. Judges never cared about us. You worship the Titans as if they were gods. It makes me sick to my stomach, I want to throw up."

Akio responded, "We do not worship the Titans. We only act as a bridge from them to earth."

"Hmm. Whatever you say, Akio.

Hanna said to Akio, "She's just gonna keep teleporting around and dodging our attacks like we're doing! We have to do something different, she has some Titan powers now, remember?"

"I remember! Just keep at it and wait for my mark!"

Akio, Anna, and the other judges were still teleporting around at the speed of light, shooting beams and slashes of light at Kin at very high speeds.

Kin was dodging them all, unable to track the Judges movements.

Kin thought, 'This is annoying. I wasn't prepared to fight the Judges. They're moving all around me, they're barely faster than me, I need to hit all of them at once-.'

Akio dashed at Kin with a sword made out of light, and he took a stab at Kin.

Kin dodged it, and reached for Akko's head. Akio gasped, teleporting away.

Hanna thought, 'So this is Akio's new plan: teleport around knowing that she can barely trace us, and go in for attacks while launching our long ranged attacks.'

One by one, Judges would launch in at Kin with weapons of light, and Kin would just barely dodged them, and before she could make a move on the Judge that attacked her. They would immediately teleport away before Kin could do anything.

Kin took deep breaths and she just stood there.

Hanna thinks, 'I'm going in!'

Judge Akio thinks, 'I'm going in!'

They both teleported near Kin, and they stabbed her through the chest with swords of light.

Kin just looked at them, as Akio and Hanna stared at her.

Akio said, "You've asked for this..Kin."

Kin grinned, "I know."

Kin fell back with her eyes closed, and her breathing stopped, and she was falling down to the ground.

Anna said to Akio, "Um..maybe that was too easy?"

Akio responded, "I sense no life energy left in her. She's gone."

"Alright.."

"Now let's move. We have to support the squads down below."

Anna and the other Judges answered, "Yokai, Akio."

On the ground, Duri was in his full shadow form, using a sharp shadow staff to jump over all of his incoming enemies, twisting the staff around and hitting them in the face with it. He used his staff to stab through the heads of the enemy soldiers, ripping the staff out, used his speed to dart diagonally across the warzone, and slam his staff into the ground, causing the ground to split a little, and making non-flight enemy soldiers fall through the crack.

Duri made four giant shadow hands and arms form on his back, and he went back to fighting again. Duri and his enemies jumped at the same time, his shadow arms snatched up enemies and smashed them on the ground over and over, and those shadow arms punched multiple enemies away from trying to get Duri.

Duri was holding a big hammer, whacking enemies away with it, while dodging enemy blasts and punches and kicks at the same time.

Duri said, "Fuck you!"

Duri looked forward, and he saw more enemies obviously.

Duri threw the large shadow hammer, and the hammer knocked enemies away over and over. Suddenly, Duri and his shadow hammer switched places in the blink of an eye. Duri made giant shadow snakes form immediately, and they started to slither around the battlefield, snatching up, crunching and eating, slamming, or suffocating enemies.

Duri fell back down to the ground, and he held his hip, grunting in pain.

'I'm still hurt from earlier..but I gotta keep fighting. I'm not the type to run and give up. Especially in front of girls. That'd be lame..'

Akio and Anna dashed past Duri holding light swords, cutting and flipping through enemies, killing them.

Duri said, "Okay."

Over the course of 20 minutes, both sides were brutally beating each other. Powers were at their maximum, with bodies and blood hitting the ground without hesitations. Everyone was tired, bruised, bloody, and anxious.

Another 20 minutes went by..and all of Kin's soldiers were dead.

Duri, Kazuma, Tek, Seven, Jiyu, Ren-Ren, Shiryu, Nine, and Espen were all leaning against each other, all of them dripping blood with cuts all over them, trying their hardest to catch their breath, surrounded by dead bodies.

Akio and Hanna stood in front of everyone.

Duri asked, "So that's it? We won?"

Akio responded, "Kin is dead. We have won this war."

Seven says, "I'm having that bad feeling again.."

Tek added, "Titans don't go down that easily..there's no way this ended so fast…"

Out of nowhere, Kin was standing up, smiling, "You're right, haha. Did you idiots..really think…you stopped us? We have a rogue Titan on our side! This fight is just getting started! He's just given more powers, and boosted up my soldiers..let's have a rematch.."

All of Kim's dead soldiers started to stand back up on their own, including Butler, leaving Duri and his friends shocked with tons of gasps.

Akio said to his side, "None of them have hearts."

Tek added, "And the heart is the way to fully kill someone who regenerates.."

Seven said, "And these guys are way stronger now.."

Duri looked behind him, and looked at his friends, "Everyone is worn out..are we even still able to fight?"

Ren-Ren answered, "We're gonna have to if we're going to win.."

"This is exactly what I didn't want happening. I don't wanna watch any of you dumbasses die..I-."

Seven held Duri's hand, "Don't be like that. We're all here together…we're gonna fucking win.."

Jiyu answered, "B-But they can regenerate now with no heart…"

Kazuma adds, "We have to fight them..we have too right..?"

Akio said, "Calm down, you're only kids and I understand your frustration..there is a way to beat them, but it will be difficult. While you all hold off those soldiers…we're gonna use Tek's chains and attach it to this realm's sun. I know it will be a brutal fight, but we have to fight if we're gonna win. We have to be brave and be strong for this…the enemies are stronger now and carry a more bloodlust intent, but we are stronger. We're gonna bring the sun down on these guys…"

Tek gasped, "My chains will get destroyed by a realm's sun..!"

"No. They won't. And Duri..we're gonna need your Titan."

Kin and her soldiers dashed at Duri and his side, and they all began to fight brutally with Duri and his side and friends losing, Duri didn't even get to take off his headband.

Duri had his hands behind his back, and they were tied together with Minotaur flesh, and Duri couldn't break out of it because he was so tired. He was getting beaten badly, being knocked around like the others.
