4 Highschool DxD (3)

And to make the transformation complete, I acquired the Evil Pieces from practically nowhere. Yup. It – they – just appeared in my hands because I had said so.

More correctly to say, because I had written it so.

Really? My ability just sounded super overpowered, right?

Well, not quite. Alright, maybe it was under the right circumstances.

While I could theoretically create any inanimate object from nothing, there were restrictions. Most of the restrictions had something to do with how rare and unique the inanimate object was.

In other word, I could not just create a Longinus from nothing, considering the fact that each of them should be unique. At least as according to the lore of the universe. If I recalled correctly, there should be 13 Longinus in total.

Sacred Gear were in the same category, considering that they were rare.

Evil Pieces were not.

Actually, not all of the Sacred Gear were rare. Some were quite common, being mass produced by one or more factions within this universe.

Not sure how that would help me, but back to the Evil Pieces.

They were in abundant, and they could be created. Since they were quite common, it took little to no effort from to create them from my ability to edit the storyline.

Of course, the Evil Pieces were sort of useless to me, considering that I was not a devil, and I probably need to find a way to register myself as King in order to make use of them.

And speaking of King, I recalled from the light novel that there was such a piece in the early stages of Evil Pieces creation, but it was soon abandoned due to how absurd the King pieces were. Whatever, I supposed. Not really my problem at the moment.

My problem was how to make use of these 15 evil pieces to achieve my goal. They would still work as intended, but the likelihood of anyone reincarnated with these would become stray devils.

That was not a good thing but considering the boosts the evil pieces provided in strength, speed and magic, it was probably worth it.

Putting the evil pieces away in my pocket, I then create a bunch of Phoenix Tears vials. Woops. I meant to say a bunch of artificial Phoenix Tears. The real would were not common, but these ones were.

Artificial or not, they worked similar to the real one, allowing one to instantly heal injuries. They could not be used to resurrect or revive the dead though, which kind of sucks, but that where the evil pieces would come in.

I tested one giving myself a small cut. The wound healed instantly before my eyes.

Quite useful when I would be an inch from death. Hopefully it would never come to that.

Another restriction was I could not create item alien to the universe. That meant no summoning devil fruits from thin air. That would have been awesome.

I supposed I would pay a visit to One Piece one day, just to feel the power of being a Logia. What was the most powerful Logia anyway? Put that thought away for another day.

Since this universe was a crossover between Skyrim and Highschool DxD, I also had access to all of the inanimate items from Skyrim as well.

This included potions.

Potion of Ultimate Well-Being was much better than Phoenix Tears, considering that they restored all stats – health, magic, and stamina. They probably restored blood loss as well – something that Phoenix Tears failed.

Sure, the potion was useful, but it was not what I was looking for when I thought about using this to my advantage.

No. I was looking for Soul Gems. The sheer common use of them in Skyrim allowed me to create them from thin air with little efforts.

I created Black Soul Gem instead of the normal ones. Black Soul Gem allowed me to imprison souls of humanoid nature. That meant pretty much anyone important within this universe, considering almost all sentient beings were humanoid.

Of course, I would need to kill my target first before capturing their soul.

That sounded harder than said, considering most targets I wanted to murder could murder me within a heartbeat or less. Damn.

Why did I need to capture souls? It wasn't like I could use them to enchant weapons and armors. Wait, maybe I could, but that wasn't the reason. I was working on theory, and I did hope that theory would pan out.

Anyway, I decided to check whether I could learn Skyrim magic, considering that anyone in Skyrim was able to learn magic.

Apparently not. Simply because I was not native to Skyrim like the main character, who was currently abusing his privilege and rubbing it in my face.

Fuck.

Okay, plan B then since I could not learn Soul Trap spell to trap souls inside soul gem. Double fuck!

A bunch of scrolls were summoned into my hands instead, and each of them allowed me to cast Soul Trap without requiring me to know magic or have magical power. Awesome. Very, very awesome.

Oh. I just realized everything I needed were in the form of scrolls.

Screams filled the air as my legion of Storm Atronachs stormed the compound and tore through every being in sight. More like a bunch of floating electrified hovering rocks that shoot deadly lightning and thunder stormed the compound and tore through every being in sight.

Holy shit! These things were super powerful. Well. That kind of obvious since they were made up of a single substance or material. They were made up of storm.

Or more correctly to say, lightning.

Skyrim version of Storm Atronachs resembled a frowning face and chunks of rocks swirling about the center of its body, loosely connected by matrix of electric arcs and dark purple storm clouds. That just add to their terrifying appearance.

Oh. Did I mention that these summoned demons were basically immune to shock damages and have little to no weaknesses? Yup. They were just that broken.

Adding onto the fact that I could summon a bunch of them with Scroll of Conjure Storm Atronach. This was overpowered as hell.

"You… you… do you know what you just committed…?"

One of the surviving people called out when I made my entrance. The summoned creature from Skyrim made a path for me since I was their master.

I took a sip from my cup of chocolate before eyeing the survivor. I stared at the anamorphic parts with some interest before taking another sip. Sure, I was kind of squishy at the moment, but the survivors had no strength to fight. They were that badly beaten.

"Me? I didn't do anything. All the slaughtering was done by these guys. Just because I am the one who summoned them and give them the order to go nut, I cannot really be held responsible for what they did in the end."

I deadpanned, earning the shocked faces from the Youkai faction, the West Youkai Faction. The faction that Yasaka was in charge of. There was also the East Youkai Faction, but it was not important at the moment.

Once I had said that, I took out some Black Soul Gems and allowed them to trap the souls from all the body nearby, earning an even more terrified look from the survivors.

Apparently, the Youkai could see the souls. They were supernatural creatures after all.

"W-what are you?"

"Just a wannabe necromancer who is trying to build a harem of sort to get home."

I response before activated a bunch of Scroll of Dead Thrall, which allowed me to reanimate a corpse permanently as my servant. Pretty awesome, really, but these undead were not really good combatant when I had Storm Atronachs instead.

Seeing mass resurrection practically frozen the survivors. I meant soon-to-be undead. The undead did the deed, slaughtering their former friends and comrades, while I sip more from my cup.

The soullessness looks within their eyes sent shivers down my spine. There was a good reason to why I had trapped their soul in soul gems before resurrecting them.

Anyway, I did feel like throwing up for a bit with all the butchering before me, but the moment passed by quickly enough, allowing me to enjoy my drink again. Maybe I was already fucked in the head with all the crazy stories that I had been reading.

Meh. Time for the next part of the plan.
