3 Chapter 3 - Beginning of the adventure.

Shinobi world, 5 minutes ago...

Suddenly the entire world shook due to a MASSIVE and LIMITLESS influx of Chakra near Konohagakure, everyone felt that surge of Chakra, be they a shinobi or not. All of them felt that monstrous power being born and none of them knew the reason or who the monster capable of having this amount of Chakra was, but they all started sweating at that very moment in worry of what the future was holding for them.

Hokage's Office, Konohagakure

Suddenly a Genin who believe it or not is the Hokage and arguably the strongest shinobi of all time felt the endless Chakra surge near his village and immediately called his right hand man to his office:

Naruto "Shikamaru what the hell was that Chakra? We need to check it now!"

Shikamaru "I have no idea who could possibly have this amount of power besides you and Sasuke, we need to go there immediately."

Naruto "No Shikamaru... That power was levels above mine. I doubt that even if me and Sasuke teamed up against whoever this power belongs to we'd win. Let's go."

After this brief exchange of words they both got out of the Hokage building as fast as they could go in the direction of where they felt the surge of power. But they arrived to only see a black and blue smoke floating arround then disapearing as if it was never there...

Naruto "Shikamaru can you tell me what was that black and blue particle?"

Shikamaru "I've never seen this smoke before Naruto... but I think that whoever or whatever was here either moved as speeds so fast that we coudn't see it or teleported away with some technique. I think it's strange that one moment we feel this world shacking Chakra but when we arrived we only saw this blue smoke."

Naruto "Yeah, it's VERY strange. I've never felt this amount of power from anyone, not Kaguya, not Momoshiki, anyone... Alert some ANBU to oversee this area."

Naruto 'I have a bad feeling about this...'

Back to our dumb MC

Cain 'Thank you Rhea. Now let's continue creating some abilities shall we?'

{Of course Cain, I'll always be here when you need me}

Cain 'Perfect Rhea. Now please create an ability called 'Analyse', this ability makes it so that if I focus on someone or something I can see a status screen just like mine but from this person or object. And of course make it so that I'm the only one able to see this screen.'

Cain 'Thank you Rhea, but I have a question that I forgot to ask. I remember asking God to make it so that you would rank my abilities based on the power and usefulness but I don't actually know how you classify them, could you explain that to me please?'

Cain 'Didn't expect for the rankings to be this deep... I can see why my 'Meta Ability Creation' and 'Infinite Omni-energy' are a omniversal threat because in the wrong hands they could cause some serious damage. Glad they're in the right hands right? RIGHT? Now let me create 2 more abilities before I ACTUALLY start my adventure throughout the omniverse. Rhea create an ability called 'Universal Combat Knowledge' and make it so that this ability gives me all the knowledge regarding combat and what type or types of energy they use in the universe I'm currently at so that I know what energy to use.'

When I heard Rhea's voice my mind was instantly filled was a FUCK TON of knowledge of the ins and outs of every martial arts, jutsus, genjutsus and everything else regarding combat in the universe and to be honest, if it wasn't for my 'Perfect Mind' with its 10x thought process ability I would have passed out... I think.

Cain 'Jesus that was tough to handle, I'll create an ability for that later because I want to return to the Shinobi world now. For the last one, create an ability called 'Instant Mastery' that makes it so that I become extremely proficient at anything I want, be it martial arts, sports, jutsus or anything else.'

Cain 'Thank you Rhea. Now let's finally go back to Earth and see my favorite characters in person.'

After I said that I thought about going to the place where Naruto was training with Kakashi and Yamato to create the Rasenshuriken. After I had that place in my mind I teleported there, and with my new ability 'Instant Mastery' I mastered all my powers so using them now is like second nature to me.

Back in the Shinobi world, waterfall where Naruto trained...

PUFF, suddenly a 6ft 3in high man with black hair and bright green eyes appeared with a show of black and blue smoke. I should add that this man was STILL butt nacked...

'Oi Rhea, why the fuck am I naked?'

(A/N: Like I said, this is my first time writing a story so I forgot to describe him and stuff and forgot he was naked lmao sorry. BTW, when he is alone i wont type 'Cain' everytime bc he is alone anyways.)

{You have been naked ever since your meeting with God, Cain.}

'The fuck is wrong with me? How did i not notice this before? Okay Rhea create a skill called 'Creation' that lets me create anything I think off.'

{Ability created Cain}

'Time to create some clothes that I forgot before... let's just forget this ever happened okay everyone?' The moment I think of some casual clothes they appeared on my body, just a plain white shirt with some black shorts and some normal black shoes. 'Maaan having this power is really a blessing, if I wanted to I could just created a reality warping ability to make everything easier but then everything I wanted could be done with a thought, where's the fun in that? Anyways, I think that for my introduction I'll just meet Naruto right of the bat. Fuck it.'

Hokage's office, an hour after the Chakra surge...

Naruto 'Who could have that type of power in this world? An Otsutsuki is the best hypothesis but it's still far-fetched. Neither Kaguya nor Momoshiki even reached close to that unfathomable power that shook the world in its entirety. Just who was that?'

Suddenly a man appears in a PUFF of black and blue smoke. Naruto instantly became alerted because first, that smoke was familiar, second because a teleportation technique was rare and the only one he knew was from the Second Hokage Tobirama Senju and consequently his father. If the man inside that smoke was really the one responsible for the power surge, this would be seriously bad news...

Cain lifts his right hand like an idiot and says "Yo"

Naruto "Who are you?"

Inside Naruto, Kurama was practically sweating just from sensing Cain's aura, and it was being controled to a perfect degree, almost not letting anything out.

Kurama "Oi Naruto, this guy is insanely powerful, don't fight him or you will die."

Naruto "I know that Kurama, I can sense that he is keeping his aura under control but it's still so big that I can't even see an end to it, just his aura alone is enough to destroy the entire Land of Fire."

Back to the outside world....

Cain "My name is Cain and you can relax, I didn't come here with any bad intentions whatsoever, I'm only here to talk with you... Naruto."

Naruto "How do I know that what you said is true? Because from the smoke you emitted from coming here I can say that you probably were responsible for making the whole world shake with your power... wait, how do you know my name?

Cain "How could I not? You along with your friends are the saviors of the world and well, you are also the Hokage so that's that. And to make you trust me I'll restore your right arm to a perfect condition."

While Cain was saying that, in his mind he was creating a skill called 'Perfect Restore', a skill that can restore anything to its previous condition, be it a limb, a crater, or even a whole world.

Naruto "That's impossible, even Tsunade couldn't restore my arm so how can you?"

Cain "Are you joking Naruto? Didn't you just sense my raw power an hour ago? You should now that with that amount of power the impossible becomes possible, so restoring your and Sasuke's arm is a piece of cake., And if you don't believe me, I'll show you..."
