15 Chapter 15 - Getting a bounty and Alabasta.
"This pirate's name was Smith D. Cain, the Captain of The Black Dragon Pirates, Sr." Said shitpants Marine that witnessed the events that had happened earlier.
"Thank you for informing me, you are a very brave soldier. Return to Headquarters and you will be rewarded." Sengoku said but there was one thing that he forgot, he was talking to a deaf man...
"Sr. I'm sorry but I can't hear you, my eardrums exploded during their fight. Could you please send a ship to take me to Headquarters? Thank you Sr." The Marine said and hung up his Den Den Mushi.
'This is very problematic... One of the most powerful people in the world has now gone under someone's flag and was even willing to leave the Seven Warlords to join him... A bounty must be placed on this Smith D. Cain' Sengoku thought with a grim expression. He then called for someone with a shout that could be heard from far away.
"GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARP"
In a different room inside Headquarters, there was a tall, broad-chested, muscular old man lying down on his couch while eating some donuts. This man had a grey goatee along with grey hair and a scar near his left eye. Right now, he was wearing the usual Marine Vice-Admiral outfit. This was of course, the Hero of the Marines Monkey D. Garp.
As he heard his old friend Sengoku shouting, he decided to shout back and not leave his place because he was in a very confortable position and didn't want to leave it, so he said, "WHAT?"
A few seconds later, he heard Sengoku's voice again, but this time it was even louder, "WE HAVE A SITUATION, GARP!"
Now, Garp was starting to get worried. The last time Sengoku was like this was when Red-Hair had gone to East Blue and met his grandson, Monkey D. Luffy. Realizing the seriousness of the situation, Garp got up from the couch and ran to Sengoku's office as fast as he could.
Arriving there, Garp saw Sengoku with a grim air around him and asked what was going on. The answer he got from Sengoku had left him both shocked and worried for the future.
"Hawk Eyes has joined a pirate crew, Garp. One of our soldiers has just reported to me that he saw a pirate he had never seen before called Smith D. Cain battling with Hawk Eyes. More shocking than that, this Cain guy won. He won a sword fight against Hawk Eyes." Sengoku answered Garp's question.
"WHAT? This is serious Sengoku... A bounty needs to be issued for this Cain! Such a significant figure like Hawk Eyes has joined a rookie pirate? That's outrageous..." Garp replied to Sengoku, adopting the same grim air that Sengoku has...
"What do you think his bounty should be, Garp? We also need to unfreeze Hawk Eyes bounty... These pirates!" Sengoku said as he lifted his fist and smashed it on his table, making it fall apart completely.
"It should be at least 750.000.000฿... Do you remember what Hawk Eyes' bounty was before he joined the Seven Warlords?" Garp asked.
"I agree. Even that is too little for someone who could beat Hawk Eyes but it will be 750.000.000฿ for now. And about Hawk Eyes' bounty..." Sengoku paused as he was trying to remember, and continued after a few seconds.
"We froze his bounty at 1.911.000.000฿." Sengoku said with an even darker expression on his face. This was some really bad news that he had received. He was sure that the Elders would be on his ass to catch this rookie pirate.
"....If he can defeat the Strongest Swordsman in the World in a fight, then it means that he is probably even more dangerous than him. I think that his bounty should be 750.000.000฿ for now, and we should make Hawk Eyes' bounty higher, Sengoku." Garp added.
"Yes... Send out his and Hawk Eyes' bounties, Garp. Also, tell Sakazuki to patrol Hawk Eyes' last location with at least 10 ships with him. We need to stop this rookie before he becomes an even bigger pain in my ass." Replied Sengoku with a pissed off tone clear in his voice.

As the Marine Headquarters was in turmoil, you could see Cain laying down on his bed and having a little chat with Rhea.
'Rhea, do you think I'll have one of those weird dreams again?'
{I really do not know Cain. Like I said before, there are things that you must uncover by yourself. I cannot help you in this case.}
'Alrighty then, guess I'll only know if I actually sleep huh... well enough about that, good night Rhea.' Cain said as he was moving around in bed, trying to hit that perfect position.
{Good night Cain.}
And just like that, Cain fell asleep like a log and 9 hours passed by in the blink of an eye. It was currently 7am and Cain had just woke up.
"aaaaHAAHHHhhhaa, that was a goooood sleep. That fight with Mihawk really took a lot out of me, I usually only sleep for around 6 hours but today I slept for 9... Jeez." Cain said as he was stretching himself in bed.
'It seems that I had no weird dreams this night. I wonder why I had that one yesterday... meh, that's for later.' He thought as he was getting out of bed and started to put on some clean clothes and used some of his abilities to clean himself.
Cain then got out of his bedroom and went to the ship's front. As he was walking there, he saw that Mihawk was at the exact spot that he was planning to sit down and he just sighed quietly to himself.
< Cain's POV >
"Good morning my friend" I said as I was approaching Mihawk.
He turned to me and replied while nodding his head, "Good morning Cain... I was thinking about that Marine that was near out battle, he has probably already reported what he saw to the Fleet Admiral and you will probably get a boun-" Just as he was saying that, he stopped as he looked to the sky and saw a News Coo coming to their location carrying a newspaper.
"Speak of the devil huh..." I said to him while grabbing the newspaper that the gull had dropped on me and opened it. What I saw inside excited me because they had never revealed Mihawk's bounty in One Piece.. The contents of the paper were as follows.

According to trusted sources, a fierce clash between the Warlord Dracule 'Hawk Eyes' Mihawk and a rookie pirate now known as Smith D. Cain, happened yesterday night on the deserted island of Conlinet Island on the first half of the Grand Line!
The source then continued to say that 'Hawk Eyes' has joined under this rookie pirate's banner and is now a part of his crew, The Black Dragons! The recently issued bounty posters and pictures of the vicious fight can be seen below:

(A/N: I think that this bounty is pretty fair for Mihawk. He's at a mid-yonkou level of power so his bounty must be huge.)

"Ohh, look at your bounty Cain. You now have a big target on your back my friend... We should be more careful." Mihawk said after reading the paper.
"HAHAHAHAH, you're talking about me? Look at the prize on your head, pal. They probably just made my bounty a high number because you are part of my crew now... And don't worry about any Marines, I can destroy them in less time than they can think. We're safe." Replied Cain with a happy expression. Getting a bounty was really a wonderful feeling, something that should be celebrated.
"Mihawk, my friend. What do you say about celebrating this occasion? I'll makes us some cheeseburguers and pizzas along with some Sake." Said Cain while looking at Mihawk, waiting for his answer.
"Cheeseburguers? This is an important matter after all... Of course we'll celebrate!" Mihawk said with his ears perking up after hearing about his now favorite food.
After their massive and unhealthy breakfast, Cain called Mihawk outside so that they could go and meet Nico Robin. They were now at the Kingdom of Alabasta, were Robin was working under the Warlord Crocodile.
Obviously, Mihawk was stunned by this and asked Cain, "What? Weren't we just at Conlinet Island? Alabasta is at least a few days away from there. Even with the best ship in the world it would take 1 day to reach here..."
Cain just laughed it off and responded him saying, "Don't worry about the little things, my friend. There will come a time where you will find that being a part of my crew has more benefits than normal..."
Naturally, Cain had teleported his ship near Alabasta when Mihawk was eating.
As Cain finished his sentence, he docked the ship at a hidden place that they had found there and jumped off, landing at a massive desert that seemed to be endless, but with Cain's abnormal eyesight, he could spot a kingdom far away, so he decided to turn into his dragon form but a smaller version. He didn't want to turn into a 10 mile long dragon in the middle of Alabasta because it would cause panic and chaos around the entire kingdom and probably the entire world, since this news would spread like wildfire.
Cain turned into a small 25 meters long dragon and manipulated gravity around him so that he could fly with absolute ease. Mihawk seeing this couldn't even be stunned anymore. It seemed that Cain's lack of common sense had already become a day to day thing for him so he just hopped on Cain's back and they flew away, heading for the Kingdom.
Cain didn't want to cast an illusion or anything to hide his dragon form since now he was already a target for the World Government anyway, so he determined that hiding his devil-fruit would be more troublesome than just showing it.
After 3 minutes, they had reached the capital of Alabasta, Alubarna. Cain didn't care in the least about the state of the Kingdom, it was not his problem anyway. He wasn't going to become some chad hero that saves everyone. He came to Alabasta with only one goal, recruit Nico Robin.
From what he remembered, Robin was working with Crocodile at the moment. She was Miss All Sunday on Baroque Works, the person with the highest authority in the organization after Crocodile himself.
Baroque Works was a criminal organization created by Crocodile with the purpose of executing Operation Utopia. This operation had 2 objectives, the first was to dispose the current King of Alabasta, Nefertari Cobra, and make Crocodile take over the throne and the second was to acquire the Ancient Weapon Pluton, that was supposed to be hidden somewhere in Alabasta.
There are 3 Ancient Weapons, Pluton, Poseidon and Uranus. They are the argument used by the World Government to forbid research of the Void Century, since these 3 weapons of mass destruction are powerful enough to bring ruin to the entire world. The Ancient Weapons can be inanimate objects or even living beings.
And lastly, the Void Century is a century-long gap in recorded and archaeological history, which the study is forbidden by the World Government. The events of this period are so important and relevant that by learning them, one is said to become aware of the "true history" of the world.
The history of the Void Century is written is mysterious stone blocks scattered all over the Grand Line called Poneglyphs. But these Poneglyphs are written in an ancient language, and it is said that the only person in the world who can read this language is Nico Robin. The reason why she is working with Crocodile is so that she can read the Poneglyph that's hidden in Alabasta when Crocodile executes Operation Utopia.

Cain then spread his Aura so that it would cover the entire island to find Robin's location. He sense her presence in the basement of the Rain Dinners Casino, a casino owned by Crocodile. It was about a few miles ahead of Cain so he just decided to glide there slowly and enjoy the morning sun a bit.
After about 10 minutes, he reached the Casino. The exterior of the building was shaped like a large pyramid. There was also a golden crocodile head at the top and it was patterned in blue and gold.
The people outside the Casino were all screaming due to Cain's monstrous dragon form, even though he was only 25 metes long, it still instilled fear in normal citizens. After gliding down for a bit, he opened his mouth and shouted in a thundering and majestic voice.
"NICO ROBIN, COME OUTSIDE."
